Beautiful Chateau and wonderful staff
Pros:

Beautiful chateau and room! Amazing service. Wonderful breakfast in the chateau.

Cons:

The first impressions of reception and old outhouses from the original farm were run down and were not what we expected. The menu at the restaurant was not very large and mainly fish.

Un séjour sublime dans un écrin magnifique
Pros:

Expérience absolument incroyable dans cet écrin magique à tout juste 30 kms de Bordeaux, au milieu des vignobles. Tout était parfait: le lieu: sublime, bien entretenu, un parc immense et magnifique. Les équipes: service et accueil chaleureux, sincères et attentionnés. Une expérience hôtel, dégustation des vins, restaurant, petit déjeuner et SPA juste fabuleuse où vous vous sentez privilégiés et uniques. Et +, Ô combien important pour nous: Un vrai accueil 5* pour notre poilu à 4 pattes. Enfin, un établissement de luxe qui vous sentez que votre fidèle compagnon est vraiment le bienvenu, partout où vous allez, et pas seulement toléré. Un grand bravo aux équipes. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain :-)

Pareció que los jardines estaban un poco abandonados, la fuente y el frente del chateau. Había un vidrio roto en la terraza exterior que aún no se había retirado

Amazing staff, amazing surface. The only downside is that you have to leave.
Pros:

I drive between the UK and Spain 3 to 4 times a year always stay here. Outstanding service dog friendly and the treehouse is beautiful.
