The host was kind and it was an affordable place for a short stay
Pros:

The host was very kind and helpful. The price is affordable for saipan. Wifi was great which was needed for work. Bed was cosy.

Cons:

Quite old and doesn’t soundproof. Bathroom didnt look the cleanest, and needs renovation. Bathroom window doesnt lock. Walls need a repaint. No place to lie next to the pool. Location wasn’t convenient so I suggest a car or stay in the city.

Pros:

It's good for adults but kids can't stay there for the sake of their health. The owner is an old lady who he cleans by herself and no other staff. Pool wasn't clean and the bathroom drainage was horrible until the day we left. But it is an convenient place where it was close to many stores.

Everything about the property was excellent, especially the lady who is taking care of the property is very very hardworking and makes sure each customer is attended with uptmost respect

Near the beach, accessible to grocery stores , and very near to restaurants. The staffs were very nice and always there to check available for us .
