Pros:

Being on the same floor as the pool (: 24 hour store, gym & laundry area.

Cons:

The room was a bit dusty. We ended up taking off one of the comforters because the side that's tucked under the corners had a weird stain, dark brown/ red.

Other than that, we loved it.

One Night Stay
Pros:

Location of the property is convenient for nights in Tumon. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

The size of the room was small for the price I paid. The pictures online also made the room look much more spacious.

I would recommend this to family and friends.
Pros:

The staff were great and kind. They always greeted us. I love the 24 hour fitness center.

Cons:

Having to ask for toilet paper twice. When our room would get housekeeping service, they would not replace the toilet paper even though there was only half a roll. I had to go to the front desk twice to ask for toilet paper.

Pros:

We loved the staff, and housekeeping was amazing as well. Everyone was so friendly! It's super easy to check in & check out. Loved the pool area, super comfortable!

Cons:

The room was a bit smaller than we thought, no balcony, no shower door, so our towels were used to wipe floor, we had a child with us. So, I didn't want him slipping. Housekeeping was great. Just under the beds were super dirty / dusty, could use some moping & just general upkeep. Understandable, we aren't under the bed 😂 just noticeable when putting indoor slippers under before sleeping.

スタッフの誠実な対応により良い滞在になりました。

スタッフの対応が誠実。部屋が広く清潔で快適。

Cons:

セキュリティボックスの故障は前回に引き続き、今回もロックが掛からなかったのと、シャワールームのバスタオルを掛けるフックが取れていたので滞在中に修理してもらいました。また、冷蔵庫がキムチ臭くて不快でした。2回清掃してもらいましたが、完全には悪臭は取れませんでした。
廊下、隣室の喋り声が筒抜けで、さすがに深夜のおしゃべりについてはフロントスタッフに対応してもらいました。

Overall, it was good.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. We love the room for the rates it provides.

Cons:

Pros:

工作人員態度非常好👍
飯店有很大的停車場🅿️
外面有公車站（紅色漂亮的公車）
走路去海邊或夜市或一些商場 都很近
附近也有很多的各國美食餐廳。
PS一樓有健身房 有飲水機，每天都拿瓶子去裝個5-6瓶冰水👍
