Pros:

Clean hotel and modern look

Cons:

AC was too cold, even when I adjusted the temperature. And the shower is half open; I have to worry about making the whole bathroom wet.

Cons:

洗面所の四隅に汚れが残っている点が気になりました。シャワーのガラスが短いためシャワーの水がトイレの方まで飛び散ってしまうので、シャワーが浴びづらかったです。

Great engaging maintenance man who came to mend my leaking a/c. Had a wonderful chat with this highly engaging and intelligent man. Very fulfilling

The evening front desk half Filipino. Very lazy, didn't always get up to speak to people. I watched him talking to a customer in a wheelchair he could hardly see. I also questioned him why he talked to me while carrying on tapping on his computer, not even looking at me. He said it was OK as he could hear me. No concept of engagement, service or - most fundamentally - basic good manners. Quite rude and ignorant, yet he didn't even understand why, after I discussed it with him
