Overall ok, except the harassment for payment confirmation
Pros:

Breakfast was too expensive, but food was ok

Cons:

I did not like the fact that every morning staff asked me at breakfast if i already paid! that was off for me.

I can say in general everything were good.
Pros:

I liked the way people welcomed us and the way we were communicating with every one. In general everything were good. I can't co.plain at this point.

Cons:

I didn't like the cleaning people. They were not doing a great job and because of thus issues, I was pushed to make a decision by moving to another hotel without finishing my days there. I loose my money for that issue by bookin anoyher hoter while I was supposed to finish my stays there

Pas satisfaisant ,c’est le plus mauvais séjour que je n’ai jamais passer dans un hôtel accor

Le petit déjeuner était bien

Cons:

Pas de babouche de chambre,pas de kit dentaire,pas de serviettes en papier malgré notre plainte auprès du service d’accueil ils n’ont toujours pas corriger
