A wonderful stay and our great Sardinian experience
Pros:

I’m not sure why the overall ratings are so low, as this hotel definitely deserves a higher score. The apartments are spacious and very well located, while the private beach and pool are beautifully maintained. The nearby restaurant is also excellent — every meal we had there was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

Nothing major, but the Wi-Fi and TV service could be improved. My husband needed to work a little during our stay and unfortunately couldn’t use the Wi-Fi .Also, during the last few days, there were quite a few dogs on the beach, which made it noisier and sometimes unpleasant due to the smell. Not all owners seemed to take their dogs for a walk beforehand.

Pros:

Das Resort ist sehr schön und hat auch einen privaten Strand. Das Personal ist super nett und immer hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Wir waren mit der Familie dort und haben die Zeit genossen. Es fühlte sich wie in einer Familie. Immer wieder gerne.

Una stella perché zero non è possibile: oltre 2.000 € spesi per un’esperienza lontanissima da un vero resort 4 stelle.
Pros:

La posizione è buona e abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di un lettino assegnato alla camera. Purtroppo, per la nostra esperienza, gli aspetti positivi finiscono praticamente qui.

Cons:

Soggiorniamo spesso in hotel e resort 4 stelle e questa è stata una delle esperienze peggiori avute finora. Abbiamo pagato oltre 2.000 € per 5 notti in 4 persone e il livello riscontrato è stato, a nostro parere, lontanissimo da quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle.

Già dalla prima mattina, dopo aver scelto la colazione italiana più economica rispetto a quella internazionale da 20 € a persona, abbiamo aspettato circa mezz’ora solo per ordinare, avendo la sensazione di ricevere molta meno considerazione.

Nella sistemazione abbiamo trovato asciugamani sporchi e addirittura bucati, porta asciugamani e porta carta igienica mancanti e lavastoviglie malfunzionante. La situazione peggiore è stata però quella dei moscerini: tantissimi all’esterno e presenti anche all’interno, persino sui letti. Abbiamo foto e video che documentano quanto trovato. Nonostante le segnalazioni e la spiegazione relativa a una disinfestazione effettuata, il problema per noi non è stato realmente risolto.

Ancora peggiore è stata la gestione del cliente: pochissima cordialità, scarsa attenzione e uno staff che ci è apparso con poca esperienza nella gestione dei problemi e degli ospiti. In diverse occasioni ci siamo sentiti trattati veramente male.

Il finale ha completato il quadro: al momento della partenza sono comparsi ulteriori importi da pagare a causa di un errore nei conteggi effettuati dalla struttura stessa. Abbiamo rifatto personalmente i conti e la cifra che risultava alla struttura era addirittura superiore a quella ricostruita da noi. Ci siamo quindi ritrovati all’ultimo momento a dover discutere e verificare somme che durante il soggiorno non ci erano state presentate in quel modo.

Gli inconvenienti possono capitare, ma non ci aspettavamo che venissero gestiti così dopo aver speso oltre 2.000 €. Frequentiamo diversi 4 stelle e, per la nostra esperienza, il livello trovato qui ci è sembrato più vicino a un 2 stelle, se non inferiore sotto alcuni aspetti.

Pros:

绿化，可以提供自主洗衣服，很方便前面就是海滩，还有游泳池。

Cons:

卫生极差，床单和被子上都是毛，我们是入住的第二天下午发现的，应该是前面的住客宠物跑床上留下的，个人认为她们是没有换床单的，而且当找前台反应这个情况时说没有换床单的工作人员。最后是前台去找了干净的床单和我们自己一起动手换的。一个四星级的度假村我觉得这样的体验是很糟糕的。

Pros:

nice terrace to sit outside

Cons:

Airplanes flying overhead were very noisy. House was cleaned 1 time for the entire stay. Towels changed once. Staff was rude. Swimming pool closed from 12-3pm because they employ 1 person that works 8hours only (10-12, 3-7+lunch). No wellness center, no yoga classes. No onsite restaurant- accommodation used restaurant on the beach. This is Not a resort at all

Pros:

Posizione innanzitutto, struttura direttamente sulla spiaggia, di recente costruzione e molto curata esteticamente soprattutto all' esterno, poco affollamento nella zona. Personale gentile e servizi in linea alla qualità della struttura. Ottima esperienza nel complesso.

Migliorabili le rifiniture interne dell' appartamento, forse ancora da completare, in un contesto comunque elegante e funzionale

Pros:

Beautiful place, easy with a baby

Cons:

Late check out is expensive, no bins in the resort, staff not helpful enough in certain situations, no shop to buy basic stuff such as water, one place only to eat, having a car is essential.

Cons:

Breakfast could be improved
The breakfast has a good selection of cheeses and fresh fruit, which is definitely a positive. However, the hot food selection is quite limited and repetitive. Every day there were essentially the same options: scrambled eggs and bacon. The choice of vegetables was also very limited, with only tomatoes available.
