Kleine Abstriche, dafür super Lage und ruhig .
Pros:

Absolut ruhige Lage, sehr nah zum Flughafen und zu Olbia, mit wunderschöner Altstadt.
Strand nicht überlaufen und die Daybeds waren im Preis inbegriffen .

Cons:

Einrichtung der Bungalows sehr spartanisch (außer der Küche ) kaum Möglichkeiten die Kleidung wegzuräumen.
Es ist kein reiner Sandstrand, sondern kieselig und der wirklich sehr schöne Pool ist mittags 2h geschlossen.

Good but way everpriced for what it delivers.
Pros:

Location and infrastructure were great. The room size and bathrooms are good.

Cons:

Restaurant was poor… Even breakfast was regular and they charge 20 euros per person.
No cleaning services. Too basic for 600 euros per night.

Etterem gyenge, pizzan kivul nem volt semmi jo.
A szobaba nincs eleg butor, a takaritas nem eros, es en vigyem ki a szemetet.
Nem ertheto a koncepcio, az ar ertek arany a baj. Fele ennyiert nem lehetne panasz, annyit tud.

A "resort" in name only — and a honeymoon we won't forget for the wrong reasons
Pros:

The beach is genuinely beautiful and the pool is clean. The restaurant food is decent at lunch and dinner. That's where the positives end.

Cons:

Breakfast & restaurant — a mess, literally
Breakfast is embarrassingly thin, with almost no variety, and by 8:00 the basics like scrambled eggs were already gone. The dining area was filthy: two days after beer was spilled on me (I had to change my entire outfit), the residue was still sitting on the floor. Spills onto guests happened at least three times during our stay — that's not bad luck, that's a pattern. And the tables are so flimsy that every meal felt like dining on a boat in choppy water.
The villa — cutting corners everywhere
The master bed and sofa bed shriek at the slightest movement, and the mattresses are bottom-of-the-barrel. Sleep on the sofa bed and you'll be bedding down next to the household rubbish. Poison traps for cockroaches and ants were scattered throughout the villa — with zero warning to families travelling with small children, which is genuinely unacceptable. We still crossed paths with a cockroach and two large spiders. The bathroom had mould on the towel rack and walls that clearly haven't seen upkeep in a long time. WiFi? Never worked once — we ran the entire week off a phone hotspot.
Staff & the "fine for everything" culture
The staff bickered openly among themselves and were anything but welcoming. Their main form of communication is reminding you of the fines — because seemingly every rule comes with one. On top of that, they expect you to clean the kitchen and haul your own rubbish outside the villa. This is the only place I've ever stayed that turns paying guests into unpaid cleaning staff, under threat of penalty. We came as guests paying a premium, not as your employees.

整体环境不错，度假村氛围，适合带孩子的家庭。酒店前台服务很好！

Cons:

早餐太一般，而且餐厅地很脏，也许是早一天晚餐后没有打扫。度假村整体环境优美，但是房间装修太普通，露台摆放衣架，像农村一样。性价比太差。泳池居然没有太阳伞，整体感觉管理有点乱！

j ai été reçu par une dame très agréable qui nous a facilité notre séjour ( elena)
j ai également beaucoup aimé la plage privé et le lieu du séjour très calme et très beau

ce que j ai pas aimé 1) le jagouzi ne marchait pas ( ils l ont fait marcher 1 jour avant notre départ j ai trouvé ça incorrecte de la part des propriétaires alors qu ils savaient qu il ne marchait pas
2) une personne a la réception qui m a reçu le mercredi et le samedi de la même semaine elle était très désagréable en plus je lui ai demandé des chose qui manquait dans la cuisine comme la passoire elle me l a pas ramener il a fallu que je le dise à elena pour qu ´elle me la ramène sur place
je lui parlais alors qu elle continuait à travailler sur son ordinateur il a fallu que je lui dise madame vous m écouter c est à ce moment qu elle m a regardé
3)nous sommes restés moi et mes enfants dans une suite familiale pendant 6 jours et ils n ont fait le ménage qu une seule fois alors qu ils devaient le faire un jour sur deux

I can't recommend it. At least not for this price. Spent your money where it gets appreciatet.
Pros:

The only positive things I can say about the resort are that it has a private beach with comftable bed like seats and a friendly worker and that they give you help by chatting in whatsapp when you have questions.

Cons:

We had once an ant invasion in our room (definetly more than a 100 ants ), the ants came in from 2 different holes in the wall. We called the stuff and the solution was, to kill all the ants with insect poison and glue the holes with silicon.
We didnt get a new room or not even a discount for this.
The resort has a room cleaning service but somehow you have to take out your own trash?.. and you also have to take care to seperate the trash by yourself because otherwise the stuff will tell you to get in the trash bags and seperate them. Definetly not what we expected for this price.
Also if you are travelling without kids and look for a quite place, this is not your choice.
