Overall a great value, close to the freeway for easy access to everywhere in Fort Collins.
Pros:

The facilities were nice! Love the clean modern setting and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The rooms were very spacious and I loved the kitchenette - very clean and convenient for the foods that we brought for cooking.

Cons:

I really liked the enclosed pet relief area, however, it smelled terrible. My dog did NOT want to go in and sat by the gate. There were various piles of feces, so I'm not sure if that was pet owners being lazy and leaving it behind or some rogue geese. Either way, someone from the staff should have picked up the area. Also, it seemed like pet owners were not using the provided bags because the waste bin reeked.

Avoid like the plague
Pros:

Staff(if there ) was rude. Smelled in the room. Could not cook due to not having any utensils. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable and it constantly made noise on the floor. Walls had greasy marks on them. Price was the only good thing.

The housekeeping was atrocious! We actually had to switch rooms because our bed had an 18” pee puddle (still wet) on the mattress!

Cons:

No hand towels in the bathroom. The kitchen had nothing in the way of utensils or pans. room smelt. hallways are very dirty and the elevator carpet needs to be vacuumed.

Wonderful home away from home.
Pros:

I was relocating in late spring of 2024. During that time I stayed at Woodspring Ft. Collins for over 3, almost 4 months.
It was a very comfortable, clean, and enjoyable experience.
Now since then Woodspring is my choice of hotel.

Cons:

All was good for me. No complaints.
