Unacceptable noise levels if there is an event on.
Pros:

The buffet was good and well priced, and the room was clean and a decent size. The hotel was reasonably well located, and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

There was zero soundproofing of the room, and the hotel had a wedding taking place. This was audible in the room to an extremely high level, and did not stop until past midnight - the sound was so loud you could feel the vibration in the room despite being on the third floor. I asked the staff to move my room and they would not. As I had a flight at 7am, this was unacceptable as I only managed to sleep three hours - staff were completely unsympathetic and kept lying about the time the event would be finishing.
