Excellent Hospitality and Great Stay
Pros:

Excellent hospitality, clean rooms and friendly staff. Amisha, Arjun, Bhumi and Shivam were great and friendly along with dining staff Deepali and chef Varsha who prepared delicious meals. Highly recommend a stay here at Ramada Encore if you plan on visiting Indore.

Excellent value for money experience
Pros:

Location is you going to Ujjain or out of Indore it’s ideal location. Lovely chefs and staff for amazing dinning experience

Cons:

Nothing as such just i feel the house keeping needs to improve like replacing handwash etc had a small issue twice

It was very clean and quiet. Good value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing. I understand they can't match 5 star spread but they should atleast provide what's written. There cheese board without any cheese. And how can they screw up poha is beyond me. The one famous dish we were looking forward to in indore

For the value for money, it is a decent stay.
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast and the buffet dinner..also the courteous staff at the property.

Cons:

I would actually like the gym area to be much cleaner. It smelt of mold and i personally felt that the machines needed a good service as they were very squeaky.
I request that the toilets are cleaned better too.

Courteous, sincere staff. Excellent response. Friendly atmosphere.

Cons:

I already mentioned to the hotel staff that the piped music in the dining room could have been set to a lower volume. It was sometimes hard to hear what a person at our table was saying.
