Clean, comfortable beds, spacious room and very nice accommodating staff.
Pros:

Although the whole city had no water running they did their very best to accommodate us and I still slept very comfortable and room was spacious and clean. Very nice staff as well.

Cons:

We weren't able to shower or use toilet much because of the water situation in the city. I won't blame them though. That was out of their control.

Amazing
Pros:

I loved how clean it was and the room size surprised me it definitely looks smaller in the pictures than in person . I loved the marble in the bathroom along with how comfortable the beds were .

Cons:

The only down side was there was a water shortage while we were there but it’s common to happen I would just recommend to call before your stay to see if there is water .

Ok hotel but no water (sink, shower, toilet) and no help from staff.
Pros:

It’s a nice little hotel near the art museum in the middle of Santurce. The jacuzzis/terrace are a great touch and the rooms were nice. It has great potential. Some of the staff members were friendly.

Cons:

I wanted to like this hotel, but I was only able to enjoy it for the first afternoon. After that, there has been no water in the hotel or in several parts of San Juan for over 4 days, and our entire trip. Of course this is not the fault of the hotel, but the hotel workers promised a water truck would come the next day, then the next day, then they said they won’t have water for another few days. There was no provided updates about the situation, attempt to provide any other source of water, or offer to help in any way. We have had no access to the sinks, toilets, showers, or jacuzzis since the first night. On top of this, our AC unit was leaking heavily and stopped working well, and there was also a huge leak that flooded the lobby. Additionally, I was offered a late checkout at no charge when I arrived but was then told it would be close to $30 for a late check out (only by 2 hours).

Did the job but could use improvement.
Pros:

Everyone was friendly.

Cons:

House keeping left my room touched but nowhere near done. Looked like they stopped what they were doing tried to do something and never came back. Rehung my dirty towels, left my bed incomplete. And I didn’t even get compensated. That was the biggest disappointment there. & I don’t think it was taken too seriously by management either. Texted the pics to the room service number but never heard back.

Pros:

The hotel looked great and the staff was amazing! The only thing was our bed sheets had stains and walls, when we asked to get it changed it took hours before it got changed. When we got the new sheets those also had stains. The staff was great but they didn’t even have a lot of staff to help each other.

We had a lot of fun and like I had mention we felt very welcomed and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was amazing and it was at a good walking distance from multiple restaurants and Condado beach.
