Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous! There are so many things to do! We loved the ghost tour guide (can't remember his name but he was the conductor) Amanda in the crystal springs dining room was quick to make sure everything was perfect. Nick was the kindest shuttle man (nick for president!) Gavin made the BEST amaretto sour. Andrew was helpful with the smores even though it was after closing. Amy at the spa gave a great massage! And of course Jasper and ozzy have to have a mention! All staff were super friendly and helpful. It was such a positive experience for my whole group.

Cons:

Ubers do not come all the way up so plan accordingly. We rented a car so it wasn't an issue

Pros:

Love the creepy vibe of the Cresent. Especially loved the free shuttle servicd that was offered.

The location and gardens were beautiful.
The spa on site was a great bonus.
Get a balcony room, you won’t regret that.

Cons:

Needs some updating (fresh carpet and paint in some areas), keeping the old and historic look of course.
Bathroom door was loud and hard to shut.

It was a short trip with my kids and grands. We had a good time. Walking the halls ghost hunting.

The whole atmosphere from inside the hotel and outside gives off a little spooky vibe and that's why we went. 2nd time visiting. Planning on visiting again in the future.

Just not worth what they charge and brunch has really gone downhill from what it used to be.

Rooms need big updates. Carpet should come out of rooms ( I’m sure beautiful wood underneath), bathroom needs better lighting, rooms all need fridge& microwave. Ours had leaky fridge is all. Also nowhere to plug any chargers in. Rooms need lighting and a bigger TV (32 inch doesn’t cut it) for a room that’s over $300. As much as I love the Crescent probably won’t stay again until they update🥲

The staff at all levels were very professional. 4th floor cafe food was great and affordable. Shuttle service was prompt and flexible.

Breakfast menu was thin with not a lot of traditional options and too expensive. Went downtown.

Pros:

Bed was so comfortable.
The tour guide was awesome.
The breakfast was delicious and the waiter was awesome. The bartender at the pizza restaurant was awesome as well.

Cons:

The guy who would meet people and sit down customers at the front door of the pizza restaurant was very rude and to other staff especially.
