Hard the locate
It was beautiful, we were incredibly catered to the entire stay, staff was sweet and friendly, the cats were adorable, and they had shuttles to downtown that pick you up wherever you’re at after you’re done!!! The spa was so incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating and the staff was so welcoming and kind to us
Honestly, nothing. It was really amazing.
Beautiful location
I felt very unnerved due to the activity about the property I wasn’t expecting to feel so uneasy even though I knew in advance that it was said to be haunted I wasn’t prepared for how active the spirit’s presence felt.
The room
The beds were comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful
Should have been expected because it is such an old building but there is no moving air or cooling in the hallways on the hotel floors. It is the heat of August and I felt like I was sweating the whole time unless we were in our room. The rooms are expensive but you are paying for the “haunted hotel” experience not an elegant room. The bathroom in our room needed a major renovation, missing floor tiles and blackened shower caulk.
The resort is beautiful and a good location. The breakfast is worth every penny, especially the omelet station. We enjoyed the spa and pool. The balcony provided a nice space for relaxation and waking up to gorgeous views. You have the mountains as a backdrop and the beautiful garden down below. I would love to stay again.
Our jacuzzi in the room had some metal/dirt when it ran. I love that the place is old but some things need updating.
The jerky attitude of the bartender on Wednesday August 12 in the Sky bar.
We love the antiques, the ghost stories, the pool, the uniqueness of it. The staff is all so nice and accommodating.
Wish there was more food option at the pool area. The food truck opened at 4 but didn’t have food. The Governors Ball probably needs a tv and barstools to make it more conducive to stay and drink…the 2 apps we tried were oh so good!
The property is beautiful! They take really good care of the facility from what I could tell and the back garden area is beautiful. I did like the Crescent Pass that was available.
You do see the fact that it’s an old facility and with that comes without modern accommodations but it is a good place to stay.
Could not get our room below 755 degrees
Everything was excellent!
I liked how historic and interesting the experience was at the hotel.
Honestly nothing comes to mind. Everything was great.
Unique
I loved the historic ambience and the restaurant and bar.
Needed to up date the bathrooms better. Breakfast was understaffed
