La atencion de los trabajadores es muy buena, la ubicación también es muy buena pq hay muchos sitios para cualquier tipo de emergencia.

Cons:

El primer dia que llegamos, no habia toallas en el baño y olía a caño. Tambien el sofá está un poco rígido y no esta muy cómodo. Lo demás esta excelente.

Instalaciones bien

Cons:

Que la red wifi no funcionaba y aunque pareció que lo arreglaron yo seguía sin poder conectar y otros familiares si. Sería bueno que aumentarán su plan o algún cambio para cubrir a todos los que se hospedan

Los muebles estaban en mal estado, todo el tiempo te quieren vender algo, uno va de vacaciones a descansar no a recibir ofertas y cuando amablemente les dices gracias, se molestan contigo.

No me gustó que al parecer no cambian las sábanas.
Cuando yo llegué había propina de los huéspedes previos. Es decir, pareciera que no hubieran entrado a hacer la limpieza.
