Pros:

Propreté, chambre récente et personnel
9/10 pour l'ensemble

Cons:

La localisation de l'hôtel, sa situation géographique est un accès par un petit passage entre 2 bâtiments est difficilement visible de par la rue malheureusement il a été difficile d'apercevoir l'hôtel mise à part la petite enseigne à l'extérieur.

Ottima posizione, buon rapporto qualità prezzo e colazione. Inoltre la struttura ci ha offerto parecchi servizi utili a turisti appena arrivati nel paese come una SIM e la possibilità di prenotare visite guidate direttamente da loro (ad es. Delta del Mekong...). La stanza disponeva di una grande finestra e aria condizionata. Abbiamo potuto lasciare anche le valigie custodite nella reception al nostro arrivo prima dell'orario di check-in e alla partenza dopo l'orario di check out.

Cons:

Struttura un po' datata e senza ascensore. Fortunatamente avevamo solo zaini e non trolley, perché noi eravamo al terzo e ultimo piano.

This could be a good stay, IF you get a room on level 1 or 2.

Good location. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay

Cons:

Had to carry my luggage up 5 flights of stairs. I am a 60 year old grandfather and I have to say that was hard work carrying a 20 kg suitcase up a tights stairwell for 5 floors. No lift. Chair in room only had 3 working legs. A bar was right above my room and staff where moving furniture around at 2am. That went on for about 30 minutes. It was not possible to sleep as they were dragging furniture across the floor. Shower didn't work properly. Was booked in for 11 days. Left after 1 night. Staff were understanding about me wanting to leave.

It wasn't bad for me, but there are lots of narrow stairs and no elevator

Hôtel situé dans une ruelle. Contact réel avec la population.
Pros:

Petit-déjeuner trop simple et peu copieux à prendre dans leur 2ème établissement situé à une vingtaine de mètres dans la ruelle.

Cons:

Parcourir à pied et avec les bagages une centaine de mètres avant d'arriver à l'hôtel situé dans une ruelle.
Chambre située à l'étage sans ascenseur (on le savait): un seul personnel féminin pour porter les bagages. (on ne le savait pas). En conclusion, nous avons porté nos bagages.

OMG this place is AMAZING!!! 😍
Pros:

Right in the heart of Pham Ngu Lao, everything is just steps away – food, nightlife, coffee shops!!! Staff super friendly, always smiling, helped me with everything from taxis to local tips. Room was clean, comfy, AC strong (bless!!). Totally coming back!!

Le prix et les photos correspondent à la réalité. Le personnel tres accueillant et literie confortable.

Cons:

Emplacement tres bruyant proche des boites de nuit mais cela est mentionnédans l'annonce, , pas de ménage fait dans la chambre peut etre pas prévus dans les prestations, petit déjeuner industriel personnellement jai pris une seul fois le petit déjeuner apres c'était dehors. Attention ⚠️ les fenêtres donne sur un mur pas de réel balcon.

Really liked the stay overall. The location is unbeatable if you want to explore District 1. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. There was a bit of noise from the street at night, but that’s expected in this area. Staff were polite and helpful throughout. Good choice for the price.
