We have a great time staying here, it was very close to the train station and the room was cozy.
Pros:

Laundry machine came in clutch, vending machines were nice to have as well. Bed and bathroom were clean.

Cons:

Everything was exceptional, no complaints.

Pros:

Close to station and bus stops. Had food in the area. The staff was excellent. Property was clean and comfortable, and the free washing machine was a great benefit! Held the luggage before check in.

近くにスーパーありで静か。ベッドもふかふかで部屋の匂いもキツくなくよかった。

Good stay for the 4 nights we were there. Quiet location no noise.
Pros:

Very good location. There was 2 different train stations within walking distance. Nice market street right outside. Great laundry facility. Staff were great

Clean and cheap!
Pros:

* Separate entrance and bathroom to bedroom! You can bathe and get changed separately and have some privacy with the sliding door.

* The staff were super friendly and welcoming when we came in. We had to send our details in advance via email, so when we checked in it was only a matter of confirming our details.

* The staff keep the hotel and communal areas super clean. There’s a communal kitchen where simple meals could be made. It’s uncomfortable to eat in the room so it is nice to eat in the communal space also.

* You are given basic amenities in your room; anything further you need to request - such as extra toilet paper, an iron.

* You are only given one key. For the price of the room, this is reasonable.

* The hotel spaces were air-conditioned and clean and the whole atmosphere felt professional.

* Only 5 minute walk away from Nijo station!

* The shower water pressure is no joke (it’s really good and strong)! The water pressure is adjustable with the taps. The bathroom tap has a two-in-one system that I’ve seen a lot in Japanese bathrooms.

Cons:

* Lots of lights that are not able to be blocked out in the sleeping room - the blue flashing light for the calling system, the red light for the tv, and the green light for the air-conditioner. I put a hand towel over the blue light as that’s the brightest one but it has only dimmed it a bit. The flashing is quite annoying if you like your sleeping room super dark.

* The bath drains really slowly.

* The roads are a bit bumpy on our walk from Nijo station which makes it a bit loud for the surrounding neighbourhood if you’re taking suitcases.

Nahe zum Bahnhof und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Seitengasse. Die Hoteladresse stimmt über Google Maps irgendwie nicht überein. Nicht einmal das Taxi hat es dort hin gefunden und wir sind noch ca. 20 min. zum Hotel gegangen. Ich würde die Bahn vom Hauptbahnhof weg empfehlen, von da sind es dann nur noch ca. 5 min zum Hotel. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Mit Küche und alles was man braucht. Man kann kleinere Geschäfte und Restaurants Fußläufig erreichen. Wir waren 2 Nächte und dafür war es ok.

Pros:

I liked the comfortable beds and the amenities.

Cons:

There was no dryer which was inconvenient. Although, the washroom had a dryer ventilation function. Also, the staff were not available at times and there was no space/storage for bags before or after check-in.
