Pros:

Atrašanās vieta. No balkona skaists skats uz kanālu.

Cons:

Lovely, small, family owned and operated hotel.
Pros:

Family hosts are really friendly
Balcony room was comfortable (bed a little firm)
Flatscreen TV has Netflix
OK wet-style bathroom (clean, functional with ok supply of hot water)
Nice location and mostly quiet
Pet friendly with no additional charges.

Cons:

Usually it's quiet but on the first morning they neglected to tell me that a room on the same floor was under construction....which meant loud banging, drilling and grinding from an early hour which was most disturbing. Only an isolated incident, but advice prior would've been nice.
I've stayed here many times before, and this was the first time I've ever had a complaint.

Pros:

The front rooms with a small balcony, looked like they've been renovated since my last stay....making it even better value for money, comfortable and clean. Surprisingly quiet for a room overlooking the road, too.
Beds are medium/soft (5/10 on a hardness scale), good A/C, flatscreen TV with Netflix and private bathroom with ok hot water (limited due to the reservoir).
Family owned and operated, who are always friendly (but not much English is spoken).
Located close to many local restaurants, the riverside, a Winmart, a Mixue ice cream shop, cafes and overlooks a nice little river inlet canal.

Cons:

I don't mind, but it's worth pointing out that the upper floors are only accessible by stairs.
The glass pane above the door is a nuisance at night as the lighting from the hall illuminates the room....guests turn the lights on randomly, but ignorantly don't turn them off.

Ok stay.
Pros:

Great location, big room with a terrace, friendly owners, good value for the price they ask.

Cons:

The noise inside the building travels upstairs: you could follow the TV, music and familymeetings from downstairs on the first floor.
Also early in the morning, not so great.
