Хороший номер за свои деньги
Pros:

Всё, как и пишут другие: отличнейшее расположение за свои деньги, рядом магазины, кафе, чистенько, всё работает как надо. Транспортное сообщение прекрасное

Cons:

Может быть я что-то не так понял, но когда я бронировал номер для пары, там первой фотографией была красивая комната в традиционном японском стиле даже как будто. Но по факту, это был номер, фотографии которого шли в середине, там все по проще. По фото казалось, что номер будет по больше. И ещё после 22.00 из соседней комнаты 3 ночи подряд стучали при малейшем смехе или повышении голоса (информация для тех, кто не привык рано ложиться спать). Но опять же, за эти деньги считаю номер достаточно комфортным.

すごく良かったです！！
Pros:

周りが静かで、駅にもまあまあ近かった。
コンビニやお弁当屋さんも近くにありました。
スーツケースがあってもエレベーターがあるのですごく助かりました。
スタッフの方と直接お会いする事はありませんが、メールですぐに返信していただき安心して過ごせました♪

Cons:

隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえていた。

Nice location with walking distance to the metro station. Next to WASEDA University, feeling quite safe when walking out at night or in the very early morning.

Appartamento super consigliato!!!
Pros:

In una zona molto comoda per spostarsi viste le vicine stazioni, camera molto pulita, con camere separate dal soggiorno e dalla cucina, e il balcone e stata una bella sorpresa. Sono stata molto soddisfatta. Ci tornerei sicuramente

It is a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location is wonderful, with many little stores and big ones too scattered around that makes for fun exploring and still having your necessities: supermarket, restaurants and train and bus stations. The quietness makes it a great place to rest and go for a run and exercise outdoors.

Cons:

A bunk bed or one with a pull out bed would have been great in the sleeping area to move around and pack, and the comforts of a bidet is unmatched.
