Pros:

It's modern, it has a very good breakfast. The staff was friendly, especially Roxana who was the manager of staff present in our building in the mornings.
Aurora is part of Tisa hotels , it's like a satellite and it's closer to Tisa Aqua Park than the main Tisa hotel.

Cons:

It doesn't have a receptionist and the phone number they provide to get in contact with the staff it's probably just a joke. I called three times and left voice messages and they never answered nor replied.
If you have a problem you have to go to the mother hotel Tisa, which is like 15 minutes walking distance.
The only time some staff is present in the building is in the morning, when the breakfast is served.

Hotel cochet și curat! Sistemul de check-in cu cod de intrare în hotel și cartela de intrare în camera lăsată în cutia poștală extrem de ok! După ore întregi de condus și oboseală,nu am fost nevoiți sa așteptăm pentru check-in la recepție!!!Micul dejun foarte bun și variat,felicitări bucătarilor!!! Cu siguranță,vom reveni!!👏

Locatia, linistea, curatenia, micul-dejun servit la hotel, personalul.

Cons:

Chiuveta extrem de mica, probabil pt niste oameni in miniatura, nu aveai loc sa te speli pe ambele maini; lipsa unui geam la dus; mini-frigiderul care nu racea deloc, dupa spusele unei dne cu care am discutat, era un refrigerator si trebuia sa aiba o temperatura de 4C, dar era degeaba, locul de joaca ar trebui ingrijit un pic mai bine.
