Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe.
Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person).
Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling.

Zimmer sehr gross (Dusche für 2 war sehr toll), das Bad war klasse. Ausblick auf den See wunderbar. Spa war wunderbar. Marlis und Mario waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Frühstück ist kein Buffet, das sollte man wissen.

Lovely suite, with great view
The entrance through the car park, at the back, so enter through the front!
Loved the size of the rooms and decor. Location was good and in the middle of a shopping mall. Found that a bit weird at first but quickly realized it made no difference.

Room was lovely and the staff was nice.
It started on check-in, we were handed room keys & assigned a number, but when we tried to enter the room it didn't open. Went back to reception and they assigned us a different room, so there was a mistake the first time. Not something that should happen.
The breakfast (we paid for it to be included) was rather disappointing too. The fruit salad had, on both days, grapes which were brown on the part where the stem had come off. The poached eggs had cooked-through yolk. One morning, I had ordered the "continental" breakfast (cheese, fish, sliced meats) to which you have to additionally order some bread. Not only did I have to follow up on the bread because it didn't turn up for ages after the main part of the breakfast was served, I had to ask for more because the 2 slices provided did not suffice.
The worst part was during the final night. There is a piano in the downstairs area, which seems to have been commanded by some guests between 1am and 3am, who proceeded to loudly play and sing during those hours. It was very audible in the room and my partner and I barely got any sleep. Staff did not step in, despite the reception being right next to it and advertised as staffed 24 hours.

Lovely well furnished room with a very comfy bed. Good facilities within the room. Staff were very helpful and responsive to our feedback when we gave it.
We thought there was a gym, but it was under renovation. We were only told this once our non cancellable booking reservation came through. We should have been told that there was a partner gym we could use at check in but unfortunately were not.
The hotel restaurant was very disappointing. Again, I think it was under some sort of renovation.
Room is spacious and clean and fully equipped. Staff is friendly. Parking is easy.

We were given an upgrade to a junior suite which was unexpected but so wonderful.
The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the bathroom beautiful.

The room was very good. Especially like the way they have configured the furnace. The vent runs along the entire length of the soffit and is very quiet and very easy to adjust. The bathroom facilities were excellent.
The weight staff in the restaurant seemed distracted. They didn’t bring us the waters that we requested. When we first sat down. We were served after guests who had been seated after us. Probably just a fluke, but it lessened our experience.
