Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe.
Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person).
Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling.
Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over.
Open Sunday to Friday from 10am till 6pm and from 8am till 8pm on Saturday

During the festive season, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day, opening hours of the Spa and Food & Beverage outlets may vary, and services may operate on a limited or special programme.

We didn’t want to leave,hotel is so luxurious and a lovely getaway with friends or family.
Pros:

We loved that you were greeted at the door with a friendly smile and welcome,our bags were taken off us.
From start to finish all the staff were so kind and welcoming.

La majorité du personnel avec lequel j'ai interagit à la réception était professionnelle et cordiale.
Aussi le grand salon est un espace agréable pour se détendre.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité/pris n'est pas adéquat. En l'état, l'hôtel ne vaut pas les tarifs qu'il pratique. L'emplacement est aussi peu amène, entre la rue et un parking. Le plus décevant c'était le petit déjeuner : service pas professionnel ni agréable, et les pires scrumbled eggs de ma vie !

Pros:

I stayed with my daughter for a birthday treat and received an upgrade, which was fantastic and so unexpected. Everything was fabulous and we really enjoyed the spa.

Nice hotel 15 min walk or short taxi to Galway. Lunch could have been better but maybe just our choice of salad

Room was very nice. A welcome bag was left out with snacks and complimentary water in the fridge

Cons:

Phone in room didn’t work. Bathroom light was flickering. Room service menu was rubbish 25 euro for a ham sandwich incl tray cost.
