Pésima el trato de los empleados es decrininatorio
Pros:

Tiene muy buena ubicación, pero el trato del personal es pésimo.

Cons:

Durante mi estadía no utilicé casi sus instalaciones a excepción del día del un partido de México el cual subí a la azotea un rato no más, y un vigilante de manera descriminadora a preguntarme quién era, y que no podía estar ahí ya que había una fiesta privada de los dueños del edificio y por ende debía retirarme, lo cual me parece ilógico ya que como cliente al momento de reservar me permitía hacer uso de las instalaciones, no más fue un momento y cuando me disponía salir las personas de la fiesta se quejaron de mi presencia como si yo fuese un delincuente, o una persona que les fuera hacer algo que haya seguridad llamaron para que saliera.

Convenience, amenities, stuff

Cons:

No air circulation in the room, a lot of condensation on the windows which resulted in a puddle on the window sill, cold jacuzzi, no knives sharp enough to cut even bread

Great location, great facilities
Pros:

The apartment was nice and gave plenty of space, with the addition of a kitchen, dining and sitting area. Much better than just a bedroom/bathroom
The rooftop outdoor space was a real bonus, as was the sauna, hot tub, gym and pool on level 16
It was right on the main boulevard between the Chapultepec Castle park and the city centre. Especially delightful on Sundays when it becomes a pedestrianised area full of runners,cyclists and walkers.
there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Cons:

It could be a bit noisy at night. The staff were very helpful and moved us to a higher floor which was much better.
