Was not happy hence moved to bloom gk2 m block much better . A bad experience. Not value for money

Very average room , cupboard in bad shape Locker not working, chipped furniture, bathroom mirror frame coming off . No yoga mat as promised while booking. No iron stand

The location of the hotel is good and central to most sites and very accessible.

Cons:

The air conditioning did not work the first night and we had to shift to a new room the following day.

Good value but stay marred by an unfortunate incident
Pros:

Fantastic location in a safe neighbourhood with great places to eat and drink just a short rickshaw ride away. Comfortable rooms, nice decor and nice extra touches in the lobby like free coffee and vending machine. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit lacking in choice and quality - also wasnt available until quite late in the morning. And the free coffee machine was often out of action. Rooms also a tad small and sometimes had a weird smell.

There was a concerning incident whereby a male member of staff opened our room whilst we were inside. He was trying to help another guest but had got the room number wrong. We spoke to the general manager who took the incident very seriously and refunded us one night’s stay. However… he also promised to upgrade us for the rest of our stay - without checking if there was availability to do so. There wasn’t so he quietly changed the offer to just upgrading for one night which was disappointing and short sighted. He was also quick to blame the staff member and not their own hotel protocols (master keys should be used sparingly)

Best hotel in new Delhi

Professional Hotel but expensive for the services offered
Pros:

Hotel Staff is nice very friendly and try to help
Breakfast is warm and delicious but limited and not a buffet breakfast

Cons:

Lift is not comfortable and not like a hotel it is more like a House lift so it is quite uncomfortable.
Also due to booking.com mistake only one breakfast was booked and i had to pay 465 rupees every day for my mother for breakfast which was disappointing

Great location and staff in a comfortable but affordable hotel
Pros:

Great staff and good location as its maybe 100 metres from the Metro station

Cons:

Quite a busy road so take ear plugs
Rooms are fairly basic
Breakfast was 470 rupees or so and not worth it in my opinion
