Pros:

Had an excellent stay at Hotel The Pearl. Location is perfect - 2 min walk
from New Delhi Railway Station and metro. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was clean, neat and had all basic amenities.
AC and WiFi worked well. Felt safe and comfortable. Great value for money.
Highly recommended for travelers!

Pros:

Accueil très aimable.
Belle chambre très bien équipée avec une belle salle de bain, grande douche avec panneau de séparation qui évite d'inonder la pièce, très pratique et rare en Inde 👌

Cons:

La fermeture de la fenêtre était cassée, impossible de la fermer, donc aucune sécurité ! C'est inadmissible, ma chambre était au 1er étage, le long d'une rue très bruyante avec plein de chiens qui aboyaient la nuit, n'importe qui aurait pu pénétrer par la fenêtre !!!
J'avais demandé une chambre dans les étages supérieurs au calme et cette chambre qu'on m'a donnée était au premier étage avec fenêtre donnant sur une petite rue bruyante.
Petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre beaucoup plus tôt que l'horaire demandé, j'étais sous la douche quand on me l'a apporté à 6h55 le matin au lieu de 7h30.
Le personnel à l'accueil a oublié de me demander mon passeport, ils m'ont appelé le lendemain quand j'étais à l'aéroport pour demander que je leur envoie une copie, c'est très imprudent d'envoyer ces documents confidentiels par WhatsApp à un hôtel, on n'a aucune influence ni contrôle sur l'usage qu'ils en feront !

Pros:

Hotel’s location was good and central, few minutes drive from the famous tourist spots of Delhi city. My room was clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for all my work tasks.

Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader.
Wij zijn super fijn behandeld en de service was heel goed!
Ook als er dingen niet goed waren, moesten wij maar bellen naar de receptie en er werd zo snel mogelijk iets aan gedaan.
Buiten dat het personeel heel vriendelijk was voor ons deden zij ook alles voor ons en onze kinderen (wij hoeften maar om iets te vragen en wij hadden het binnen no-time in onze handen). Het voelde zelfs als familie aan.
De kinderen voelden zich thuis waardoor het verblijf nog fijner werd.

Wij hebben hier met een grote familie van 20 a 25 personen verbleven. En zelfs voor zo een grote groep was niks te gek.

Cons:

Wij hadden soms geen warm water, wat voor de kinderen in het begin lastig was maar dit werd snel opgelost.
