Clean, tidy, good staff.
Pros:

O was staying for a week on business. Good location. Close to the centre and 10 mins walk from the railway station. Nice spacious, well appointed room. Plenty of natural light. There’s a bike room too. Room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

Garage parking is restricted to vehicles 1.9m high. Mine is 2.4m. It would be helpful if this was in the hotel details. Road noise a bit invasive but not too bad.

Völlig ausreichend mit wenig Stil, aber sauber und komfortabel.
Pros:

Alles was es braucht. Self check-in hat reibungslos geklappt. Frühstück war klein aber fein.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommener Bau. Muffige, düstere Flure. Es wirkt etwas geisterhaft, da kaum Personal da.

Pros:

schöne Zimmer, sehr einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-In

Cons:

Unklarheiten bez. Parkplatz, ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen. Zusätzliche Parkkarte für 15fr. erhältlich. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel hätte ich vom Morgenessen etwas mehr erwartet.

Praktisch, zweckmässig
Pros:

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Im Bad war die Sauberkeit mässig. Es hatte noch lange Haare vom Vorgänger beim Lavabo und in der Badewanne. Das Zimmer war muffig beim Bezug. Im EG roch es stark nach Zigarettenrauch im Innenbereich und zum Teil auch auf dem Gang. Den beschriebenen Kühlschrank im Zimmer war auch nicht vorhanden. Bequemes sauberes Bett.

Pros:

Gemütliches Zimmer, top Frühstück

Cons:

Ev irgendwo noch schreiben, dass die Zimmer ab Etage 12 sind. Nur im Lift, klein, wenn man sich nicht auskennt, schwierig.

Pros:

Self Check ins sind für uns Ältere doch etwas umständlich, aber uns wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption sehr geholfen

Cons:

Der Platz zwischen Bett und dem "Schreibtisch" zu eng. Vielleicht sollten wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch ein größeres Zimmer bestellen. 15 Quadratmeter sind wirklich zu klein und leider keine Dusche

Frustrating at start.
Pros:

The location close to the old city centre of Baden was excellent and the double room was comfortable.

Cons:

The self check-in for two rooms via their app was very confusing and very clumsy to use. The booking and room numbers were challenging to find. Where to park in the car park below the hotel was also not clear and the price (30 CHF a day) was high. It was rather unnerving that there was no personnel to ask except for the lady in the bar/cafeteria.

Good location, online check in,

Cons:

no towels upon arrival, there doesn't seem to be a ventilation or HVAC in the room, breakfast is very basic at the best, price is high and does not deliver. Shower gel was not added during my stay and it was empty. The toilet is not organized well, there is no where to place your hand towel. There does not seem to be a drain in the toilet so if you are not careful prepare for a flood. There are much better options in Baden
