Cons:

Quarto sujo, lençol furado, buracos no reboco que parecia que um rato ou baratas iam pular de lá. Mosquitos! Só tinha meia cortina no quarto, ficou iluminado a noite toda e mais ainda quando o sol raiou. Banheiro velho e sujo. Pia espirrava água pelo chão.

O banheiro embora grande e reformado foi mal planejado, não tem bancada de apoio. Toalhas em geral parecem velhas, muito finas.

Café da manhã muito bom e funcionários do café muito atenciosos.

Cons:

O banheiro estava sujo, a parte do box com rejunte preto, mofados.
Porta do banheiro quebrada.
A janela do quarto tinha uma fresta de um palmo mais ou menos entre a alvenaria e a estrutura da janela, dava para ouvir todo o barulho da rua.
Cafe da manha precisa ter alternativas zero lactose, ao menos o leite já seria alguma coisa.

Ótimo custo-benefício
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, próximo a muitos locais de interesse e estação de metrô, facilitando o deslocamento pela cidade, mas é importante ficar atento à segurança nas redondezas, ESPECIALMENTE à noite.
A equipe é muito simpática e solícita, o quarto é confortável e de bom tamanho e o café da manhã é ótimo.

Cons:

Sugiro pleitear junto à Secretaria de Segurança a presença de policiamento na área à noite.
