Pros:

Понравилось расположение. Мягкая кровать, свежее постельное и полотенца.

Cons:

Когда нам дали номер, там не работал свет в душе. После это предложили другой номер. В целом номер был хорош, но в туалете мы увидели большого таракана. Мы от него быстро избавились. В душе мы очень долго ждали когда пойдет горячая вода, а потом так же долго настраивали воду комфортной температуры чтобы можно было помыться. Вода либо слишком горячая, если немного холодной добавишь, то становится слишком холодная. Дизайн комнаты очень интересный. В душе были скошенные потолки, что для человека с высоким ростом, будет не очень комфортно мыться. В 7:00 мы спустились, заказали завтрак, так же мы попросили кофе. Кофе нам принесли сразу, а про завтрак забыли. В итоге завтрак мы ждали больше часа. Было неприятно. Настроение с утра испорчено

Pros:

La gentillesse de la propriétaire, de la réceptionniste et du gérant. Le gérant parle français. La chambre est superbe, le jardin est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est correct. Les scooters sont en très bon état. Les bouquets de fleurs offerts par la propriétaire. L'établissement est joli.

Cons:

La température de la douche impossible à régler : soit bouillant, soit froid.
La climatisation impossible à régler.

Smukt hotel og søde personale!
Pros:

Virkeligt smukt værelse og hotel, smukt bygning. Personale var super sød og meget servicemindet.

Cons:

Selve Kon tum er kedelig by, dermed var det ikke meget at lave udover at være på “oasen”
Prisen ligger på det dyrere del.

Unique Hotel with lovely staff.
Pros:

The staff was absolutely lovely. The hotel is a rather unique structure. Not cookie-cutter at all, so there is a lot of nice character throughout. All the rooms I saw seemed unique from each other and had plenty of space, something many hotels seemed to lack. There was a nice garden area by the lobby. There was a Yamaha acoustic guitar in the lobby, which they let me play. Getting back to the people at the hotel. They were kind and accommodating and a pleasure to be around. Whenever we sat in the lobby area, they would always offer to bring out Vietnamese coffee or tea. The location was close enough to walk many places, but hailing a Grab car was very easy.

Cons:

My biggest problem was that my hot shower would go cold within a couple of minutes. I would turn off the water when it got cold, stand there wet and soap up and turn it back on and it would usually get hot enough to quickly finish the task at hand. The shower itself was very nice. I just wish the water wasn't so unreliable. There is no elevator, so if you are on the top floor, I hope you're not carrying heavy luggage. I hate to write anything even remotely critical, because we enjoyed being there and would probably book it again, if we return to Kon Tum.

Pros:

Есть простые отели, а есть такие, в которых чувствуешь себя как дома. Вот это как раз такой. Доброжелательные владельцы, оригинальный дизайн и лучшие завтраки. Обязательно буду возвращаться в него, при посещении этого города.

Best accommodation in Vietnam for us
Pros:

The hotel is a gem! The owner put sooo much creativity and details into this beautiful house and garden, it is insane! She is a real artist and works slowly on even more rooms in a house next to the property. You feel really home there, we got small presents and the staff is really friendly. The rooms are beautiful, breakfast was delicious and we could sleep very well. Everything was really perfect!

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

Très bon petit déjeuner, hôtel situé dans le centre , dans une rue au calme. Personnel très gentil, à l’écoute. Nous avons bien discuté avec le responsable, qui parle Français et qui est très sympa. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et la chambre très agréable.

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Hotel
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, geräumig und hatte einen netten kleinen Balkon. Es war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vom Hotel aus kann man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten zufuß erreichen. Ich hatte ein paar wunderbare Tage in diesem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Dusche konnte nicht von Regenfall auf die handbrause umgestellt werden, sonst war alles ok.
