This is a fantastic hotel! The property is nice, clean, and modern, and the location couldn't be better. What truly made our stay special was the staff—everyone was super nice, attentive, and helpful with local recommendations for exploring the city. Plus, they kindly stored our luggage for free for 10 days while we traveled around, which was a huge help. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, spacious room with a lovely balcony (partial sea view). Location was great!
There is a gap under the door which lets in the bright corridor light at night, which was a little inconvenient for us.

I liked everything
A Casa Galata ti senti davvero a casa! Tutte le camere sono arredate in modo impeccabile e dotate di un angolo cottura; il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La posizione è strategica e vicinissima a una stazione della metro M2. Il quartiere è molto suggestivo e ricco di ogni tipo di servizi. Tutto è a portata di mano!
Très bon établissement, idéalement situé à Istanbul, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites et quartiers à pied. Le personnel est très disponible, accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Istanbul !

Le fait que finalement ce soit une sorte d’appart-hôtel super bien équipé (lave linge et étendoir, frigo…) + la propreté, l’emplacement idéal, et le personnel aux petits soins.

Best location, you got to do a little uphill walk but that's manageable. The rooms are neat and clean and smells so good.
The rooms are also very well equipped with everything one needs, a washer, a small stove with some pots and dishes, free drinking water, iron etc.
If you are not too sensitive to light and noise, its a very nice place to stay.
There is absolutely zero soundproofing. I couldn't sleep the whole 3 nights I stayed there.
I was given room 2 on first floor facing the street. Since the hotel is situated on a slope, at night it feels like you are sleeping on the street. You could hear every single sound, people walking, cats fighting, garbage trusts, bikes, shopkeepers chitchating.
The room had light colour blinds, zero blackout. The streetlight feels as if lit inside your rooms.
The property was exceptional.Close to the center.Clean and tidy.Room clean every day.
It was very clean, incredibly kind stuff, the best location in Istanbul .
