Pros:

10,000/10 experience! ✨ Orion Hotel made our trip even better than we imagined. The hotel itself is beautiful: super clean, aesthetic, minimal and so comfortable.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, kind and always available to help. The owner is such a gentle and welcoming person, and a very special thank you to Nikki, who was honestly the sweetest! 🥹💖 She was always there to help us with anything we needed, gave us the best recommendations, explained all the trips... She made our whole stay feel so much easier, smoother and even more special - we felt so well taken care of!

Worth every bit of it, and we would 100% stay here again. 🤩🩵🦋🐚

Not a great place.
Pros:

Fantastic location!

Cons:

There were bugs on the floor, the shower wasn’t a proper shower, it felt quite dirty, and it was a bit difficult to find/difficult to find someone to check us in. Would not recommend.

Good location, floors and bathroom are terrible and dirty

The bathroom needs to be properly renovated as it looks very dirty and no tiles
Also no shower arm holder
The bathroom always smelt like sewerage
Aircon needs to be serviced as there is a bad smell
Lots of noise and can hear absolutely everything inside the premises
Would never stay here again especially how much we paid

Price money value is not good

Location was great

Cons:

Bathroom not as displayed as in the fotos on booking, there was no functioning shower system just a leaking shower head which sprayed the whole bathroom wet when showering while water is coming out of the drain next to the toilet. no power outlet as well in the bathroom. When we mentioned this to the owner, no solution could be found since all rooms were booked, even though we booked something else from foto. WIFI not working during the whole stay for two phones and also NO service in the Appartement with whatever network provider. No reception at the Appartement just a very friendly cleaning lady which doesn’t speak English, 3 stars only for the cleanliness and the friendly cleaning lady and location

Location was amazing right in the centre of Naoussa
Clean
As per pictures

Cons:

Shower head is not on the wall so difficult to wash hair
Thin walls
Was greeted by the very friendly lady who cleaned, who rang someone to find out where we were staying. Other than that 0 contact or information.
Didn’t feel very secure as the main door was always open which was right outside our room.

We were only there for one night as we had been staying with friends at another hotel before this.
Pros:

The location was excellent and it was easy to walk from there into the town. The landlord was responsive even late at night when we had an issue with the bathroom door. We got home late from dinner and my son used the bathroom and closed the door behind him when he came out and then the door was almost locked. It was quite stressful at midnight so I texted the landlord who responded about 30 min later. It was late at night and nothing could be done but he had someone there at 7am the next morning and we were able to get on our way and shower before hitting the ferry.

Cons:

I was not sure why but the water was cold in the morning when we showered before we left. I was not sure why this could be because it was warm the night before. So perhaps this could be looked at.

Tiny room in good location
Pros:

Clean and modern close to town. Cleaning lady Nicky very helpful and efficient.

Cons:

It’s tiny! Much smaller than 30sqm and too small for 3 people. Bathroom tiny too. No hooks for towels or space for vanities.

Perfect location.

Cons:

Our power went out 2 out of 3 of our nights we were there. We were not informed about how to turn it back on or provided with any fans. We woke up sweating due to how hot the rooms were. Trying to talk with the property about a partial refund and the property has stopped responding to me.
