It was very difficult to find as Applemaps and Google do not recognise the pedestrian bridge that makes it an easy walk. Taxis are unable to get close. This wouldn't be an issue if instructions were provided by the hotel prior to check in. Also check in is all automated which makes it a concern when arriving late.

There's a lot if dust in the area.. and toilet too high :-D

Couldn’t locate my booking at out of hours check in, had to call the emergency number to get it sorted. Lift broken, had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a case. No air con in the room. The noise of people coming in out of their rooms all through the night was by far the worst part of my stay. I didn’t get a minute of sleep due to doors slamming. Awful stay. Won’t be back

I know Europe isn’t big on air conditioning but we are here during a heat wave and ours was unbearable! A small fan and few outlets really rendered rendered it rather useless.
Then there was the room safe. Wouldn’t open initially. Came back to find it open, but after we entered our code and locked it up, it wouldn’t open again! Except now our passports were locked inside. No one is available from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am and we wanted to be out by 8:00 am. Cost us an extra Uber ride and time lost that couldn’t be given back. Be sure you’re okay knowing there is no assistance available outside of 9:00 to 5:00!

No aircon so room was very stuffy, location is a bit further out than we realised to get into the central area

The rooms were really hot and the property was in a noisy student area. Not what we were expecting. The pictures were nicer than the apartment. We left and stayed somewhere else.

The location and room itself were generally fine, and we appreciated that the property provided complimentary breakfast after we reported a leaking sink faucet on the first day of our stay.

Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Maintenance attempted a repair on the second day, but when we returned to the room the bathroom floor was still wet, the bath mat was soaked and dirty, and the leak continued for the rest of our stay.

Because this is a smaller property with no staff available after 5 p.m., there was no one on site to discuss the issue with when we returned and found the bathroom still wet. I spoke directly with a staff member the following morning, and my understanding was that the matter would be followed up.

I was not looking to make a major complaint, but I did expect some acknowledgement, an apology, or a small adjustment given that the bathroom remained wet during our stay. After not hearing anything, I followed up by email and attached photos showing the condition of the bathroom. I still received no response.

The lack of communication after the stay was the most disappointing part. Problems can happen, but guests should not have to chase for a response when an issue has been reported, remains unresolved, and has affected the use of the room.
