Bienvenue dans le paradis sur terre !
Tout ici est absolument parfait. Rien que pour venir, il faut s'enfoncer dans les terres ce qui indique déjà l'isolement et le repos total du séjour (il faut rouler doucement mais une petite voiture passe sans soucis).
L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel est juste incroyable ; on nous fait vraiment sentir le mieux possible. Toujours aux petits soins !
Les lieux sont tout aussi magnifiques ; entre la piscine, les lacs, les vignobles... une vraie parenthèse dans la vie de tous les jours.
Que ce soit le petit-déjeuner ou bien les repas à la carte, c'est le meilleur endroit où j'ai mangé en Géorgie ! Tout est super bon, fais maison, et tellement frais !
Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres ! Rien à redire, c'est le luxe.
Merci encore à toute l'équipe, j'ai passé un séjour inoubliable...

Peaceful hotel with amazing views and great staff. The villas are clean and comfortable and we got a free upgrade! Would definitely stay here again.

We really liked your hotel. We were looking for this kind of vacation in Kakheti. Large, new, clean rooms with high-quality toiletries. Bathrobes, slippers, towels, everything is snow-white and fresh. And what beautiful views of the lakes surrounded by mountains. This will remain in our memories for a long time. Fishing is a separate pleasure that we could afford in your hotel. Fishing rods and all equipment are ready for use. We caught 3 fish and released them. The pool area is not large but very cozy and comfortable. There are tennis tables. A restaurant with delicious food. We recommend it.

I’m giving this score based only on the hotel’s rooms, facilities, and the friendly staff - which are all excellent. The hotel’s general territory is beautiful and peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is a lovely feature (though be aware - there are quite a lot of bees, which can be uncomfortable if you're afraid of them like I am).

That said, the overall guest experience could really be improved. The hotel is quite difficult to find - road signs are either missing or unclear, and there’s no proper guidance leading you to the entrance. Once on the property, the guest journey lacks attention to detail: better signage, more intuitive layouts, and thoughtful small touches would make a big difference.

The weakest point was the restaurant. Every order took at least an hour to arrive, regardless of what we asked for, and unfortunately, the food didn’t justify the long wait. On top of that, there are so many bees around the restaurant and seating area that it's hard to sit down and relax.

This place has so much potential - it’s truly a hidden gem in terms of location and vibe, but it needs a stronger focus on guest experience, both in practical aspects and small details, to live up to what it could be.

The pool and lounge area were just perfect. The chef of the restaurant prepared the best food we had all vacation. The cottage was comfortable and clean. Sitting by the lake at night was priceless.
