Fine location, not clean apartment
Pros:

Location

Cons:

The apartment was very dirty. There was a constant smell of sewage, and when asked to the tenant, he replied that it had been empty a whole month so it was normal. There where too many roaches too, so it was not cleaned prior to my arrival.
