Antiquierter Luxus
Pros:

Altbackener Luxus, große Suite mit stilvoll-antiquarischen Möbeln, bequemen Betten und topmodernem, großen Badezimmer

Cons:

Das Zimmer müffelt. Der Teppichboden müsste ausgetauscht werden, den Geruch kriegt man auch mit stundenlangem Lüften nicht heraus

Pros:

Nagyon tetszett hogy vissza repülhettünk az időben. Teljesen rendben volt szinte minden. A személyzet, a szoba az egész nagyon varázslatos. Köszönjük szépen 💓💓💓

Cons:

Egyetlen egy dolog zavart. Az ágyon sajnos folyamatos szét csúszott a matrac . Ez nagyon zavaró volt.

Location is the best part
Pros:

Great locations, grand old building, secure parking, good gym

Cons:

The building is a bit run-down and is multi-used with a dentist; large promotional photos everywhere made me feel like a trade show; great but yet unfulfilled potential as a grand hotel

Nem kiemelkedő, 1-2 éjszakára rendben van
Pros:

A szálloda remek helyen van, az épület kívül-belül tényleg szép és patinás.
Az ágymatracok újak és kényelmesek.
A kilátás pazar.
Van saját mélygarázs.
Kedves és segítőkész személyzet.
Kellemesen hűvös és csendes szoba.

Cons:

A képeken és kereséseknél kicsit megtévesztő a sima és a prémium rész, mert nem külön épületszárny, hanem ha jól értettük a prémium a front részeken a fő utcára néző szobák és elvileg 16+ vagy adult típusúak. Érkezéskor csak egy recepciós volt és mikor végre felértünk a szobába kiderült, hogy bár egy szinttel jobb, mint amit foglaltunk, de sajnos nem két különágyas, mint ahogy a foglalásban szerepelt. Egy órába telt, de szerencsére a nagyon kedves és segítőkész recepciós hölgy megoldotta és végül az eredeti standard szobát kaptuk.

Az.elsőre kapott jobb szobában amúgy egészen fura módon a klíma egy nagy előtéri szekrény fölé volt szerelve, így kérdéses a hatékonysága.....a csillárok elhelyezkedése érdekes megoldás és olvasólámpa is csak egyik félnek jutott mindkét szobánál.

Mivel még felújítás volt, az első liftek nem működtek és a lépcső is le volt zárva, így keresztül kellett menni az egész szállodán.

A reggeli elég egyszerű volt pl zöldségek tekintetében elég gyér: csak paradicsom. Meleg étel: tojás, virsli/ debreceni, esetleg bundáskenyér vagy valami húsos falatka. 3 féle felvágott és talán sajt. Amolyan egyszerűbb 3 csillagos kontinentális, ennél jobbra számítottunk. A kávé nem túl jó, de szerencsére rengeteg kávézó van a fő utcán.
A 2. napon kapott cseretörülköző nagyon elhasznált és szakadt volt.

Central hotel, decent breakfast, comfy room, option for parking in the hotel's garage.
Pros:

Central location. Nice staff. Decent breakfast. Room, bathroom very clean. Bed was OK -- I prefer a firm mattress, this was a bit on the softer side. I still slept well. My balcony overlooked the high street, the room was quiet nonetheless -- noise insulation was fine. I requested parking in the hotel's garage.

Cons:

There was no safe in my room, despite it being listed among the room amenities. I counted on it.

Upon reserving the room I received a message that the hotel was being refurbished and therefore the swimming pool could not be accessed. All other wellness services were available. I had two hours to cancel my reservation if I were not happy with it. I did not actually want to use the swimming pool, but I think this kind of communication is just so lame. Why not be honest and tell it transparently right away? Rebuilding reputation takes more time than rebuilding a swimming pool.

Apart from this, the staff were very kind. I had a good stay.

Great location and helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. When we asked if they had a scale to weigh our luggage, they actually had one in the garage that we could use. The location was fantastic and the castle atmosphere was evident.

Cons:

It was hard to find the parking lot but once we did there was no problem.
