Pros:

Breakfast included from 7-10am was a nice and welcome surprise. All day access to tea and coffee machine and cold water and microwave. The central location and easy access to train transport.
Staff very helpful.

When we first arrived we were greeted by Mack at reception who made us feel very welcome and informed us facilities and place of interest in the area.

A convenient and clean place to stay.
Pros:

I have stayed here before and will stay again as it is in a great position for getting around Sydney. The Hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. I find the price is good for what I want when I am in Sydney.

Wouldn’t stay again, but great location and coffee machine

Cons:

The bathroom floods when you shower. That’s the worst. Water all over the floor every time.
The toilet is a few feat from bed and there is a sliding glass door with weird curtains that won’t close well. If you like taking a poo next to your partner then that’s what this place is
When they service the room they don’t change your glasses. We stayed 4 nights and dirty glasses piled up the whole time even when they serviced the room. Lots of dust on the tables too

Awesome decor, extremely clean, free coffee machine access - but average beds
Pros:

The decor of the hotel was absolutely fantastic, the room and bathroom were meticulously clean and the coffee facilities in the lobby are generous. Super close to Central station and there is a Woolworth Metro just a few doors down for essential groceries. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the check-in process was butter smooth.

Cons:

The mattresses are quite stiff and the pillows were pretty worthless. Every other aspect of this hotel was amazing however, and a less picky person about beds may not be as bothered.
