Pros:

The location is very good: next to the major train hub. The price is good too. However, my room is next to three rooms so I could hear the door and hallway sound very clearly, especially in the morning when people heading out to the airport. So if you are a light sleeper, you may not choose these rooms.

Very affordable and great location
Pros:

We booked this hotel because it was very affordable and within a short walking distance of Central Station, as well as the many restaurants and bars around Surry Hills. However, when we arrived, the staff, facilities, and comfort of our room exceeded our expectations. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade.
The hotel arranged an airport transfer for us, which was both convenient and reasonably priced. The driver was also very nice and helpful! We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee, fruit, and snacks in the lobby area which was particularly helpful as we had to check out early to catch our flight. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others!

Good location.
Pros:

Great value for money in Sydney! Good location.

The hotel is a bit old, but for this price, I think it is the best choice in Sydney.

The location is very convenient. When you leave Central Station, it is just a 5-6 minute straight walk to the hotel. I walked to the Harbour and Opera House every day. Walking through the city center is not boring at all, and it is a good way to see the city.

There is no kettle in the room, but you can get free water, coffee, tea, and fruit in the lobby anytime. It was nice to grab a coffee and a quick snack before heading out in the morning. The staff were helpful, and check-in and check-out were very easy. Overall, a good budget option!

Decent.
Pros:

I always look to stay here when needing to stay in the CBD due to its central location.

Cons:

The TV....kept going to the Home screen while watching live channels. Frustrating.

wonderful,central location, pleasant staff, clean
Pros:

really friendly staff from the moment you walk in the door, location is great as it is right near central station. the tea coffee station is such a great touch and so well stockd. I have stayed here about 5 times and was pleasantly surprised to get a room upgrade, it was very much appreciated

Cons:

maybe the curtains into the bathroom, but it isn't a problem.

my heater/ac in the roof was gurgling all night - both nights. curtains didnt block out light from outside my window. Both meant i had bad sleeps.

Pros:

It's nice little hotel with very good location in Sydney. Its in Surry Hills part and literally 2min. by walk to Central Station. There are many restaurants and pubs around and also Prince Alfred Park is very close for those who want to go for run, work out or swimming. They offer free coffee which is nice and the price is very good for Sydney CBD.

Cons:

No breakfast possible, some rooms have small windows and you can't open window in any type of room of this hotel.

Great location. 5 minute walk to Central station.

Cons:

I really didn't like the fact there was no kettle or coffee and tea making facilities in the room. I realise these are available in the lobby - along with free fresh fruit - but sometimes you don't want to go downstairs to make a coffee or tea. Lost lots of points for this.
