Pros:

Hyvä sijainti lähellä Shinjukua. Alueella on useita ruokakauppoja. Huoneessa oli kaikki tarvittava. Melko rauhallinen naapurusto.

Cons:

Tv olisi mukava. Huone kaipaisi vähän perusteellisempaa siivousta, koska esim. sängyn alla oli edellisen asukkaan roskia.

El lugar en sí, pequeño, pero confortable. Tenía todo lo necesario para mi estadía

For those who love walking and a comfortable stay near Shinjuku.
Pros:

The location is great.. 20 minutes walk to Shinjuku.. 10 minutes away from the supermarket.. 5 minutes walk to the S ( Shinjuku) metro line.
The apartment is spacious enough for 1-2 people with large suitcases.
The bathroom is large, it has hot water and the washing machine is a plus.
The kitchen is very small..

Cons:

The sofa doesn’t have any purpose.. it occupies space .. better to put the table there.. the lights from the appliance next to bed and from the wall are very annoying ( I had it covered with clothes) and the watch next to bed ( I turned off because of the constant light).
A lot of hair on the floor.

Pros:

Good value for the price, location is good. You have more space than an usual hotel.

Cons:

If you book for a longer time, you will not get the towels changed and nobody will pick up the thrash ( you will sit with it in the house untill checkout)

주위에 마트와 편의점, 2개 이상의 역이 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 이것 만으로도 다음에 또 예약할것 같습니다. 일본 가정집에서 사는 느낌이라 호텔과는 다른, 색다른 경험을 느낄 수 있습니다.

Cons:

2인이 지내기는 침대가 조금 작을 수 있습니다. 또한 조금 추울 수 있으니 실내용 양말이나 담요를 준비하시는게 좋을것 같습니다.

Wenn Sie eine angenehme Wohnung in Tokyo suchen, dann sind Sie hier richtig.
Pros:

Schön sauber, man hatte alles was man braucht und es ist geräumig genug.
Sehr kuscheliges Bett und gute Heizung/Klimaanlage.
Würde definitiv gerne nochmal hier übernachten! :)

Cons:

Vielleicht, dass es keine Nachttischlampe gab aber sonst kann ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren.

Great place in an even greater location 👌🏽, close to everything essential and very good connections to greater tokyo Via shinjuku, much better than a small hotel in the same area for a reasonable price!! Washing machine is always nice 👍🏽

I would've liked to have a TV in the apartment.

Nice quiet place to rest
Pros:

Close to Metro stations, supermarkets and other useful stores. 30 minute walk to main Shinjuku area. More room than the standard hotel rooms in a very quiet area

Cons:

Bed is a bit low and there are some steep steps at the entrance if you have mobility issues. Check in instructions arrive a bit late. Helped one guest who couldn't get in because they didn't receive the instructions and didn't have internet access, let them use our rooms wifi to get they check in instructions

Pleasant quiet stay
Pros:

Very spacious, lots of storage space and very clean!
Also 20 min walk from Shinjuku, and it’s right between two different metro lines. Very convenient.
Communication with host is also fast and friendly.
Definitely recommend!
