A bejelentkezés katasztrófa. Nem küldtek előzetesen kódot, telfonkn nehezkesek voltak.
A wc, fürdőajtó 10 cm-re mindig nyitva maradt. Nagyon kellemetlen.

Pros:

Nice walk to centre for food. Bit of an up hill back, we got a taxi €6.50. Short walk to bus stop and tram. Self check-in online and used door code to access each day. Nice area on roof top but very small pool. Coffee machine in room.

Cons:

No one at reception. Pool which was tiny, had leaves, debris in it. No kettle in room.

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Alicante. The room itself was modern, comfortable, and we appreciated the automatic shutters which helped us feel secure during our stay. Staff communication was generally polite and responsive, and the issue was eventually handled professionally with an apology and clarification.

Cons:

We were disappointed that the balcony lock/window issue appeared to already exist during our stay. We informed the property once we noticed it, but we did not feel comfortable having maintenance enter the room the following day as we were unwell and resting privately. We had explained that we did not need the balcony repaired immediately because we realized the automatic shutters made us feel secure enough overnight. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding, and at one point we felt unfairly described as ‘inappropriate,’ which came across as quite rude and uncomfortable as guests. Thankfully, the situation was later clarified and resolved politely.

Pros:

This property had all you needed for a short stay. Big comfy beds, spacious bathrooms and it was all very new. The blackout curtains were amazing!

Cons:

I had read the reviews so knew about it but it’s not right in town. Only a short walk in though, the walk back is up a hill but definitely manageable and if you didn’t feel like walking then it was only a €6 taxi from town.
