Meet expectation is 50/50
Pros:

1)The views 🪟.
2) Room size comfort with beds .
3) Parking lot in a good location.
4) The hotel is in a good location.
5) The staff treated guests well.

Cons:

1) The 🚿 water heater spoiled .we shower cold water at night first days stay second day we report to hotel staff had replace it or service it but still the same, after second person shower hot water gone become low hot temperature to cold.
Third day we check out.
2) The room was dusty dust floors .I believe not even proper sweep & mop.
3) water boiler for hot beverage not provide in the room.

3) I had read comments from other guests staying in the hotel that the same comment room was dusty & the water heater was not working and also water boiler hot beverage not provide in the room.i had experienced the same situation.

Value for money
Pros:

Located fairly central in the city with lots of shops around. Good value for money even for last minute booking like mine.

Cons:

Aircon works but some parts of the room was blocked by the cupboard so it was slightly warmer. Aside from that, room was comfortable.
