Cons:

Staff inexperienced as asked for a second cup of coffee which I did not get had to ask for poached eggs not on breakfast plate think the server was very young and clearly did not take the breakfast order done right ,on second evening when arriving back to hotel we could not get in as I tried to phone and for some reason I couldn’t get through?? Which left us no other option than to bang the front door really hard supposedly 24 hour reception staff on eventually arriving to let us in after 25-35 minutes not good enough need a door bell or a key for front of hotel bad experience.

Pros:

The breakfast were great.

Cons:

The breakfast was very slow to come out. There was a couple of guests who did complain. Ours took 45 mins to come out

Pros:

Hotel was beautiful. Newly refurbished. Beds were comfortable. Couldn't fault it. Plus the breakfast was first class. All staff were pleasant and helpful.

Room was lovely as was the bathroom. Good shower.
Pros:

Cooked food was nice enough for buffet style. They seemed to have run out of pastries/croissants though!

Cons:

Croissants not available. Only spotted there were some on the way out

Parking directions could have been given previous to arriving.
