I have a real issue with Booking's booking process and use of my Moroccan debit card to pay for the room. Booking sent me several messages saying my card was rejected and my reservation cancelled. I waited until I checked in to realize there is a disconnect between Booking's messages and the hotel's.
Très bon emplacement au coeur de l'Agdal, chambre très confortable avec une literie d'excellente qualité et une propreté irréprochable ! Certes cette fois-ci j'avais opté pour une simple chambre et non pas un studio entier, mais l'agencement intelligent a fait en sorte que la nuitée se déroule très bien !
Bonne note aussi pour la climatisation personnalisée, l'eau filtrée en carafe pour éviter les bouteilles en plastique, la qualité des gels et shampoings...
Je ne pourrais conclure sans témoigner du professionnalisme de Mlle Salma BENMOUSSA, la Kindness Ambassador qui mérite à bien des égards son titre pour sa serviabilité exemplaire !

L'emplacement : proche de la gare Rabat-Agdal, du tramway, des restaurants et des commerces du quartier Agdal.
Le personnel : Accueil chaleureux, la disponibilité et la réactivité de l'équipe.
La propreté n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. De plus, malgré la présence d'une kitchenette, aucun ustensile de cuisine n'était fourni, ce qui limite considérablement son utilité.
The bed was large and as an added bonus there was a pool. Close to the metro line as well as select bus routes. Would definitely stay there again
The room was on the suite floor but had no where to put a suitcase and hotel did not have luggage racks. To get to the beach was an extra 15 min walk or playing Frogger on a 6 lane heavy traffic road.

Highly recommended if you are looking for comfort. Although it isn't super close to the city's main tourist areas, meaning a little extra travel time and an additional transportation cost are necessary, it is well worth it.
You have to book well in advance if you want to stay at this hotel, because it is always fully booked.
