The owner was very hospitable and the place has everything that you need. Better than hotels.
El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación y cuenta con una linda vista. Tiene buenas amenidades para tener una estancia cómoda. Queda cerca de airmall donde hay algunas opciones de comida.
Aunque el apartamento estaba completamente limpio, hay problemas con la aparición de cucarachas pequeñas. No obstante, esto parece normal en los alojamientos de Manila.
Started my travel in this place, and decided to come back. Friendly staff, communication with owner went perfectly fine. My favorite place in Manila.
Host are very accommodating and considerate. The place is great and very clean. Amenities and place are great.
No free parking but it's okay.
Nothing about this experience was pleasant. I would not wish this to happen to anyone else. Avoid at all cost.
The fecal matter and urine on the toilet,
The dirt on the floor.

The host's response: "It may seem dirty to you but it has been cleaned, I can give you late check-out".
Host has a US phone number.
Left that place within 25 minutes after calling booking.com support to no avail.
Booking.com's so called "priority support" for Genius Level 3 : having to pay more than 30€ to explain the issue and their answer was: "maybe you smelled yourself" and hang up.
After that, to this day they said i should maybe contact the host for a voucher or a discount ... because they need written consent from the host for a refund.
To this day this issue is unresolved and unadressed by them.

The bed could be bigger and also the residence doesnt allow you ti have visitors so jts kind of awkward for me
My second time staying in this unit. Comfortable, clean, accesible to CBD and very polite staff. It's quiet and safe-- a change of scenery from the busy and crowded nearby smdc property.
Ms. Kae is hands on yet not overbearing. I appreciate the complimentary coffee and cookies from the nearby coffee shop. It was a thoughtful touch to welcome her guests in the unit.
Will definitely book again in the future.
(Unfortunately on inquiry, the gym is for exclusive use by the owners. But then again, Makati is relatively safe to have a good run so it worked out in the end.)
The owner is exceptional – always friendly, professional, and eager to help with any request. I was particularly impressed with the personalized service and attention to detail, which made my stay feel truly special.

Convenient location, near the CBD. Mini-mall, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores,banks and even laundromats are nearby.
Staff were friendly and checking in was a breeze.
