Great hotel just a few thing to sort out. If or when sorted I would recommend the hotel highly
Pros:

Hotel was lovely and so were the staff, the location is perfect and the food is nice

Cons:

Lifts are shocking, constantly not working and no weights in the umbrella’s so the slightest gust of wind they blow about everywhere.

Excelente ubicación, comida increíble y personal encantador
Pros:

El hotel nos encantó muchísimo. La ubicación es perfecta: a solo 1 minuto del mar y en una calle poco transitada, sin multitudes y muy tranquila.

La comida es la mejor de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado. Elegimos desayuno y cena, y había suficiente pescado, carne, verduras y frutas. ¡Mi familia quedó encantada!

La habitación estaba limpia. La vista al mar es increíble.

Lo único que no nos gustó fue la puerta de cristal transparente del baño, que no se podía cerrar. Es una idea muy poco práctica. Además, en la ducha era imposible usar el gel y el champú porque no funcionaban los dispensadores, aunque nosotros teníamos los nuestros.

También hubo un problema con los ascensores: a veces había que esperar entre 10 y 15 minutos para poder usarlos.

El territorio del hotel es precioso, hay piscina climatizada y zona infantil (aunque no entendimos por qué el agua allí estaba fría). También hay animación.

En general, nos gustó mucho y volveremos otra vez. Muchas gracias por unas vacaciones maravillosas y por un personal tan amable y atento 🥰

los ascensores , hacen una reforma y sigue teniendo el mismo fallo , la gente a las 12.00 de la noche subiendo y bajando por las escaleras de un piso 18 , pesimo
la comida ha bajado muchisimo de calidad y el precio se ha disparado

Room and hotel decoration better then expected
Pros:

We got one of the new rooms it was fabulous, spacious.
We did request a lower floor but was on the 13th floor

Cons:

I had half board paid for,
3 nights I asked the waitress for drinks (sprite, Fanta ) and we had to pay only to find out the last night soft drinks from the tap was free when I went up myself,
Staff didn’t tell me about this. And was charged every time maybe staff could be more informative.
