Pros:Room quality: The room features a very comfortable mattress, high-quality plumbing, and an overall excellent bathroom. Dining: The breakfasts are very good and diverse. The dinner is also quite decent, offering great value for money.
Cons:Disappointing room view: The hotel is located deep within the urban area, a few hundred meters from the beach in a straight line. Unfortunately, my room faced a concrete wall just about a meter away from the window. You can only see the sky if you stand right against the glass. For a resort hotel, this is far from an ideal view. The management should make this information transparent during the booking process to better manage guests' expectations. (It was not a major issue for me only because I rarely spend time in the room).Poor issue resolution: The front desk performance was questionable. At 8:00 PM, I reported that the bathroom sink was clogged. The receptionist suggested I wait until the next day because the technician was supposedly off duty. However, once I insisted that waiting until morning was unacceptable, a technician was miraculously found within 2 minutes and resolved the issue.Delayed room cleaning: At 9:30 AM the next day, I requested to have my room cleaned early. Although the staff readily accepted my request, I had to follow up two more times and wait for over 5 hours before the room was finally cleaned.

El buffet está bien, dentro de lo normal, no vi normal que con media pensión me cobren el agua que el hotel rellena de ósmosis. También tengo que decir que nos regalaron 2 botellas de agua a la salida.
La variedad de las instalaciones vayas con niños, perros, familia o pareja es un lugar ideal para todos
