Important information:

• Pets are welcomed on our outside areas of terrace and hotel entrance + on the way to your room via public elevators. Pets are not allowed in our internal public spaces. Please let us know if your pet is a service animal and we are ready to accommodate

• Pets are not allowed to be left in guest rooms unattended

• Pets must be healthy, updated on all vaccines and not pose a risk to humans/other animals

• Keep your pet in a pet carrier or on a collar and leash in areas outside of your room.

• Clean up after your pet within the room and in public areas

• Keep your pet under your control and supervision at all times. Any disturbance such as barking, biting, and aggressive behavior may result in removal of pets and/or guests at the discretion of the hotel management

• A limit of 02 pets under 7 kilograms each are allowed per room

• A daily charge of 700,000 VND is added to your booking stay to accommodate our housekeeping fees

• For any pet-related damage to the room or disturbance to other guests, or additional cleaning requested or required, Wink may charge for all associated costs, including compensation made to other guests if necessary

• The Rooftop Pool will be closed from 5:00 PM on 27 Dec 2025 for the festival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Estaba bastante nuevo, las vistas de la habitación increïbles desde la planta 10, la cercania del puerto, las instalaciones: gym muy bien equipado, piscina en la azotea con bar.. súper bien todo.El personal muy amable.

Pros:

Unglaublich tolles Hotel mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den Mekong. Wunderbar. Alles hat zu 100% gepasst. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben mir die Busfahrt für meine Weiterreise gebucht. Das Frühstück war super.

Pros:

Prima ontbijt, leuk en mooi zwembad op het dak , wel fris. Kamers zijn modern en stil.
Behulpzaam en fijn personeel.

Cons:

Afvoer van de badkamer liep niet goed door, maar dat hadden we eerder moeten doorgeven.
