Pros:

We were very pleased with the service provided by Jenny at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, and contributed positively to our stay.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on both the bed sheets and the curtains. In addition, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the drain. Overall, the experience was average and fell short of our expectations.

Pros:

The staff Jennie is very accommodating and touched base even before we arrived. The place, the funicular/mountain view was amazing and the bed prep where flower petals are placed nicely and romantically on the bed, amenities are really nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this homestay.
Pros:

The location, the view and the staff made our stay outstanding! Also they are generous with the toiletries. Its my first time to experience that a hotel/homestay is providing disposable razor.

Cons:

There’s no elevator but the view, the location, the staff whose really doing their job perfectly, made our stay perfect.

Beautiful views with relaxing ambience
Pros:

The view is amazing of the train passing every so often and with mountains back drop. Excellent way to unwind to soak in the views

Cons:

Theres no elevators to help you move around the property so getting up and down to yours room is very tiresome. We stayed at the very bottom and had to walk up 5-6 sets of stairs with our luggages.
