Categories

Cleanliness
8
No cleanliness issues mentioned; 'no bad points' and described as a typical business hotel, so cleanliness appears satisfactory.
Service
9
Service not mentioned in the review; assumed standard and attentive for a business hotel—rating slightly elevated to balance overall sentiment given no complaints about staff or service.
Location
6
Parking was off-site and a short distance away; this inconvenience lowers perceived location convenience despite no other location complaints.
Room Quality
9
Rooms not specifically mentioned beyond 'ordinary business hotel' and 'no bad points' — treated as good, standard room quality for this hotel tier.
Amenities
4
Parking amenity is poor: no on-site parking, the available lot is very narrow and accessed via stone steps (risk of car damage), and it is paid — explicit dissatisfaction noted.
Value for Money
6
Paid, inconvenient parking reduced perceived value; otherwise no major value praise mentioned, so rated slightly below target.
Food and Beverage
7
Food and beverage not mentioned; assigned the target/typical rating for an unmentioned category.
Overall Experience
7
Headline 'まあまあ' (so-so) and comment 'no bad points' indicate an overall average experience.

まあまあ
Pros:

良かったというより、悪い点はなかった。普通のビジネスホテル。

Cons:

駐車場がホテルになくて少々離れていた。それは仕方ないが、とても狭い上に石段を乗り上げて入るので車が傷つかないか心配だった。有料駐車場でこれは不満だった。
