Pros:

Zentrale Lage nah zu Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Badezimmer leider schmutzig, und nur 1 Badezimmer für 4 Apartments. Möbel in Zimmer abgenutzt, Kühlschrank stinkt, Bettbezug fleckig, Kopfkissen stinken nach Schwitzen…

I liked the layout of the room and it’s convenient location being right next to a metro stop

Cons:

The property was a little difficult to get into, the instructors wasn’t clear that we actually didn’t have to get a key from the front door.

Мы там в итоге оказались и смогли переночевать

НЕ ВЕДИТЕСЬ НА ОЦЕНКУ В ОТЗЫВАХ! НЕ ВЕРЬТЕ СООБЩЕНИЮ ХОСТА О НАЛОГЕ! В личных сообщениях, как попасть внутрь, будет укзано оставить городской налог наличными - 3 евро за человека за ночь. ЭТО НЕЛЕГАЛЬНО! Налог уже включен в оплату проживания (3.2% от стоимости), никакого фиксированного сбора за ночь. Попасть внутрь - как пройти квест. 3 коробки, 3 кода, 3 ключа. Фотографии сильно лучше реального жилья. Кухня общая, грязная, как воды реки Ганг. Душ и туалет общий. В комнате из рабочего - только холодильник и верхний свет. Телевизор есть, но как декорация - ни к чему не подключен. То же с лампой - она есть, но не работает. В общем, на одну ночь можно остановиься, но не более.

The apartment was disappointing from the start. Even the entrance pathway was not clean and had a very unpleasant smell.

When I entered the room, I noticed several insects, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The kitchen floor was covered with water, and there was no proper mat to dry your feet. The bathroom was in very poor condition as well. Some of the tiles were broken, and after taking a shower, the water did not drain properly.

Overall, this apartment is not worth the money paid. The cleanliness and maintenance standards are very poor, and I would not recommend it, especially for families.

I arrived the shared bathroom were disaster not acceptable for the prices 40. This is a place of gipsy to stay not for tourist

Zimmer kann ich nicht Bewerten waren nicht drin.

Cons:

Wir sind bis zur Zimmertür und nicht weiter. Gebeude riecht sehr schlecht und alles ist sehr runtergekommen.
