only negative thing to say is the bathroom being located on a different floor.

Sanitation of the common or shared areas, unavailability of basic things that usually most bnbs have such as handwash. The policies stated wifi is available but the password wasnt provided nor accessible anywhere in the room. The beddings too I wasnt sure they had been refurbished or upscaled

The property is filthy it smells. Hosts are awful they don’t even give guests a number to contact them. Honestly I wouldn’t waste your money like I did for 2 nights to not even stay there. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep there

Overall, the property was very dirty and had an unpleasant smell. There was only one towel provided, even though the booking was for two people. I messaged the host to ask for another towel, and I was told to look in the kitchen inside a black plastic bag containing dirty bed sheets, which was unhygienic.

The check-out time was 10:00. At 9:55, a member of staff was already outside my door knocking. I asked if I could have five more minutes, but he literally stood there waiting. As soon as I left the room, he went straight inside. My friend saw that the bed sheets were not changed. Instead, he simply made the bed and sprayed it with air freshener before preparing the room for the next guest.

I found the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards completely unacceptable.

The only thing I could suggest is maybe to provide fans in the rooms otherwise the place is fine

The room itself was dirty, with stains on bed sheets, with what looked like small black curly hairs all over it. The bathroom was disgusting, found a dead worm at the sink. Obviously wasn’t cleaned often. The wifi router was also under the bed and not turned on, so we only got wifi once we had turned it on ourselves.

Absolutely terrible experience. No one answered the phone when we arrived, leaving us locked outside for around 20 minutes before we could get in. And it was only due to the door being unlocked by accident.

To make matters worse, the room was filthy. The bathroom was disgusting and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned at all, with excrement stains everywhere which despite having a “cleaner” remained for the next 2 days. It was clear that housekeeping had either done a very poor job or hadn't properly checked the room before our arrival.

The room itself was disappointing and nowhere near what was advertised. We entered the room to having full over flowing bins that had not been emptied. Popcorn and sweets all over the floor and to make matters worse there was a dirty sock under the bed. I would not return and feel that many of the positive reviews are misleading. The property is described as peaceful and relaxing, but that was the complete opposite of our experience.

Not to mention we wanted to go to the garden to see the view and it was full with waste and overgrown weeds which clearly has not been maintained in. Over a couple years.

La cuisine n'a ni lumière ni équipement, il n'y a même pas de couverts, la salle de bain est petite, étroite, sans rangement, et est salle. Le couloir aussi n'est pas propre, surtout les escaliers en moquette. Nous n'avions pas de code pour la boîte à clef à notre arrivée, et nous n'avons pas eu le nouveau code de la boîte à clef à notre départ alors qu'il a été changé (nous sommes restés seulement 2 nuits).
