Serene and relaxing
Pros:

Everything. The room was lovely, the staff amazing and the location and views exceptional

Cons:

The fridge was not cold so you couldn’t keep food or drinks cold

We were amazed about the setting of the hotel and the friendliness ofvthe staff
Pros:

Absolutely nice hotel. Good location, we had rooms with a terrasse having a view on the Mekong River. Very friendly and ectremely helpful staff. Free drop off and pick up transport to the airport, train station and downtown.

Cons:

Nothing to criticize!

Great spot, lovely staff
Pros:

The staff and the location was excellent. The driver took us in to town whenever we wanted and always picked us up promptly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The view of the mekong was awesome.

Cons:

Breakfast was average. Ok if you are a noodles or eggs for breakfast person. Nothing much else.

Perfect stay for Luang Prabang
Pros:

Wonderful setting just out of town but easy to get to on the shuttle. Staff were friendly and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

Room cleaning could improve just slightly.

Beautifully maintained and located hotel on Mekong.
Pros:

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The location is out of centre of town but there is an excellent complimentary drop off and pick up service. The room overlooking the Mekong was beautiful. Will come back again.

สดวกสบายโรงแรงห่างจากใจกลางเมืองแต่ มีรถรับส่งเรียกได้ตลอดเวลาพร้อมเสมอที่จะมารับมาส่งห้องสะอาดสถานดีมากแต่ช่วงจังหวะที่เรามามีหมอกควันเยอะเกินไปทำให้มองไม่เห็นอะไรเลยถึงจะมีวิวสวยแต่ก็เสียบรรยากาศโดยรวมนับว่าดีมากพนักงานเป็นกันเองให้การต้อนรับลูกค้าดีเยี่ยม

T’es bel Hotel qui peut encore s’améliorer
Pros:

La suite avec lit baldaquins qui donnent sur le Mekong et une navette gratuite À/R hôtel / centre ville.
Emplacement très calme.

Cons:

Une littérale et oreillers dures.
La décoration de la salle de restaurant plutôt pauvre comme la carte des boissons alcoolisées pour un 5*.

Gutes Hotel mit tollem Service
Pros:

Für unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für Fahrten in die Innenstadt und zurück stand immer ein kostenloser Shuttle Service zur Verfügung.
Auch der per E-Mail vorab angefragte Transfer vom Flughafen sowie zurück hat gut geklappt.
Sehr empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Nichts anzuführen.

Luxus in Laos
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, direkt am Fluss - sehr schöner, kühler Pool. Ein absoluter Genuss nachdem man die Tempel und das Nationalmuseum besucht hat. Ein super ShuttleService. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man alles sehr schnell. Wir können das Hotel und das Team im Hotel rundum empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
