Pros:

Spánek v posteli byl příjemný.
Pokoj byl čistý.
Vybavení bylo v pořádku.
V pokoji jsou dvě postele pro jednoho, skříň na oblečení, dva noční stolky a lednice.
Kuchyňský kout je s plotýnkou, dřezem a varnou konvicí.
Koupelna měla dva sprchové kouty.

Cons:

Pozor na sdílený kuchyňský kout.
Myslím, že sdílený kuchyňský kout nebyl zmíněný, případně někde v popisu, kde jsem to přehlédl. Samozřejmě pozor na sdílené prostory: koupelna, chodba, schodiště ke kuchyňskému koutu, kuchyňský kout.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Besonders gut hat uns die Lage gefallen, da alles gut erreichbar war. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Pros:

Muy cómodo para viajes rápidos. Es grande y está muy bien equipado y desde luego repetiría si volviese a Viena. La entrada al piso no dice verdad, el portal está muy sucio y descuidado, pero el apartamento es todo lo contrario.

Cons:

Recomiendo citarse con el dueño del alojamiento para dar la fianza, pues nosotros dejamos el dinero encima de la mesa como dijeron y la misma tarde del check-out nos pidieron una transferencia de la misma.

Value for money for a short stay.
Pros:

The location is generally alright: streets are safe, even in the evening and it was close to an event that I attended. The flat is close to the underground and some tram services.
Otherwise, the location is a bit off-central, but it is reflected in the price.

Cons:

The shared bathroom, the cleanliness and the collection of keys had been challenging. Perhaps, upon arrival, you should provide a key-set to access all doors.
