Me cambiaron de cuarto 4 veces porque no servia la tevision por que según ellos estaba mal el servicio de cable y no entraba el interne, no funcionaba ninguna television y la señorita de la administración muy descortes, mejor el bell boy soluciono el problema, hasta que encontro un cuarto donde si sirviera la conexión

Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones, buena relación hospedaje-precio, excelente servicio y trato del personal, dispuestos a contestar todas las dudas y orientar al turista.

Cons:

Lejanía del centro de SMA, es más de un kilómetro y hay que caminar bastante o tomar taxi/Uber. Nosotros caminamos y muy seguro el lugar, pero el regreso fue cansado, porque es subida.

MAL ALOJAMIENTO

Fuimos a un Congreso a San Miguel de Allende, meses antes justo cuando salió la convocatoria para dicho evento se reservo ahí justamente para no desplazarnos, ya que a veces en el Congreso compra uno insumos y también para estar presentes en las conferencias matutinas. Cuando llegamos al hotel para realizar el check in, la señorita de recepción nos comentó que Booking no les habia hecho llegar la reservación y que no les había caído; cuando días antes nos había llegado correo de Booking confirmando la reserva, cercanos a la fecha había llegado correo con el cobro de la habitación. La señorita de recepción nos dijo que solo tenía una habitación y que no era la que habíamos elegido y solo por esa noche. O sea nosotros todos confiados de que teníamos donde llegar y cuál, como era puente del día 16 de marzo pues el hotel nos CANCELO la reservación, y digo cancelo, porque hasta al llamar al área de atención de Booking tuvimos mas ayuda y atención que la señorita de recepción de dicho hotel. Mi queja es porque sino van a respetar las reservaciones que se realizan a través de plataformas mejor que no se anuncien o no realicen convenios así, para no tenerlos en cuenta y evitarnos estos inconvenientes, es mejor que pida que se realicen directamente con ellos.

La atención del personal, especificamente de la señorita de recepción y que hagan convenios con las plataformas sino van a respetarlas. Para mí pésima atención.
