Superb location and exceptional staff
Pros:

Location is superb, just across from the Arena and minutes walk from anything you would want to see in Verona. Hotel is a bit old, but it is very clean and staff and service are exceptional. Every day we’d receive a treat:a prosecco, a fruit plate, a biscuit plate - very nice touch

Cons:

Room was on a smaller side, but very clean and bed was very comfortable

Für einen Besuch in der Oper ist das Hotel TOP
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt neben der Oper ist absolut TOP. Zudem ist das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit. Neben dem Hotel gibt es zudem noch ein sehr gutes Lokal.

Cons:

WLAN hat in unserem Zimmer nicht optimal funktioniert.

Perfect location for a no car stay in Verona -hotel standard much higher than 3 star rating
Pros:

Literally right next to the Arena and walking distance of everything else in the old district

Cons:

We were in the separate annex which was lovely but
has no elevator so we had to rely on the porter service for our luggage but that was well provided

Pros:

Hotel is in an amazing position for the old town and arena. Room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Breakfast plentiful and good staff very friendly. Great aircon

Cons:

Next rooms bathroom jutted into our room and unfortunately we could hear them showering and using the wc
