Great location to explore Porto
Pros:

Great location once you found it. It took us quite a while to find the address. We asked the place next door and they did not know. It would be helpful if they included a picture of the doorway from the street

Cons:

The stairs were a little difficult to maneuver luggage .

Kommt für mich nicht mehr infrage
Pros:

Ehrlich gesagt konnte nichts an der Unterkunft überzeugen.

Cons:

Während meines Aufenthalts kam es aufgrund mehrerer Großbaustellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung zu einer erheblichen Lärmbelastung. Der Check-in-Prozess gestaltete sich leider recht aufwendig und umständlich. Zudem war die WLAN-Verbindung sehr instabil bzw. nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Die Unterkunft entsprach insgesamt nicht ganz den Erwartungen, die durch die Fotos vermittelt wurden. Die Bilder wirken sehr vorteilhaft aufgenommen und könnten bereits älteren Datums sein. Insbesondere das Badezimmer machte einen deutlich stärker genutzten Eindruck als erwartet.

Aufgrund der genannten Punkte habe ich meinen Aufenthalt vorzeitig beendet. Wer gegenüber Baulärm unempfindlich ist, kein zuverlässiges WLAN benötigt und bei Ausstattung und Zustand weniger hohe Erwartungen hat, wird die Unterkunft möglicherweise dennoch als passend empfinden. Für Gäste, die Wert auf Ruhe, eine stabile Internetverbindung und einen gepflegten Gesamteindruck legen, würde ich jedoch eher eine Alternative empfehlen.

Pros:

Sehr gemütliches Apartment, mit vielen Details. Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Bequemes Bett. Klimaanlage. Super Lage - fussläufig zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro. Unten ab NM nette Lokale, Supermarkt.
Wein und Kekse zur Begrüßung!
Natürlich ist es auf der Straße lauter, aber das hat mich nicht gestört.
Komme gerne wieder!

Cons:

Etwas laute, rücksichtslose Nachbarn ober mir, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts!

Lo iluminada de la habitación, destacar la limpieza y lo la ubicación está buenísima.

Cómodo alojamiento en el centro
Pros:

El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo y con mucha oferta de tiendas y restaurantes. Todo estaba muy limpio y era muy cómodo. Nos ofrecieron un detalle de bienvenida.Eso sí, toca subir unas escaleras de madera estrechas hasta el 4o. Piso.

Cons:

Por decir algo el sistema para subir el documento de identidad no funciona correctamente y tuve que contactar con el alojamiento pero me resolvieron el problema rápidamente.

Erg aangenaam. Perfect voor korte citytrip.
Pros:

Midden in het historisch centrum, op loopafstand van allerlei bezienswaardigheden, winkels, restaurants en metro en treinstation alsook bagage opslag. Je bent binnen een paar stappen temidden van alle toeristen/drukte die Porto te bieden heeft.

Cons:

Gehorig(hoorde buren boven mij lopen).

Cons:

I didnt recieve in time access code, due to site of Lovely stay was still reviewing my ID, while ID of my spouse was already accepted. I Tried to connect via phone, but obviously a chat bot/AI is operating the serviese, not a live host.
It took me more than 20 mins to receive access code, due to size of my phone picture were not matching the smalller size of the site operating Lovely stay services.
Overall this was disapointing even I submit my ID picture, had to wait to submitting selfie (come on, give me a break) in Lovely stay system.It will be easy to communicate by people with people rather than chatbots, guys.
Even didnt receive in advance the floor of the apartment.
The welcome pack of bottle of wine and bisquits is nice to have, but the comfort of the guest durung check in should be the first most important step during the stay, this time ruined by the technical issues..
Cleanness of the apartment was definery top notch, such as location, so after all good review for the host, leaving behind the lost 20 mins during check in.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this flat and would definitely recommend it for a holiday trip. The location was perfect — everything was within walking distance, including the main sightseeing spots. There were also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, which made the stay very convenient.

The flat itself was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-night stay. It felt welcoming and well-equipped overall.

Cons:

There were a couple of minor downsides: the bed was not very comfortable, and the sink was quite small. However, these issues did not spoil our experience at all, and we still really enjoyed our stay.

Apartmánový dům, úzký-4poschodí, na každém 1 apartmán, celkem strmé schody. jinak uklizeno, na přivítanou sklenice vína a sušenky. Byt je celkem využíván, již viditelné opotřebení, ale jinak čisto, vše k dispozici.

Cons:

Ve vedleší ulici je objížďka stavby metra, takže celkem provoz. Ale to tak za půl roku skončí a pak již bude opět tichá lokalita. Večer hluk z ulice, ale to je daň za to, že spíte opravdu v centru. Poslední ráno na rozloučenou v deštivém dni spal ve vstupních dveřích bezdomovec. Ale za to vše samozřejmě ubytovatel nemůže.

Zentrale Lage, süßes Apartment
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, nett eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wohl.

Cons:

Das Apartment lag im 4. Stock mit engen, vielen Stiegen. Für uns kein Problem aber für andere sicherlich.
