I stayed in the presidential Suite & I must say it was very big & nice although it was just me it was very quiet
Pros:

This my second time at this location & I love the well lit parking lot at night. It’s quiet & very clean

Cons:

Reservation was canceled without my knowledge despite paying, have a confirmation code and pin, staff was very unaccomidating saying there was nothing they can do. I was 2 hours away from home with a nursing exam at 730AM the next morning.

We won't stay here again.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very large, however the layout was odd. Parking was behind a gated, fenced lot.

Cons:

The room had the oddest layout ever, the sink was next to the door and at least 25 feet from the bathroom. Lighting was very poor, the rack for luggage had no light, had to open the curtains to see. Overpriced!

Cons:

This property canceled my reservation because I was not there at 3pm check in time. The attempted to run my bank card twice before I arrived at the property. They did not take ownership of the cancellation but blamed it on booking.com

Daily room cleaning
Pros:

The front staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I stayed for 16 days. I usually stay in the hotels for a couple of weeks. At most hotels, they make your bed every day, and change sheets every 5 days. After 7 days my sheets aren't changed. I asked 4 different people between Saturday and Monday, including the lady that was cleaning my floor, but the bed was never made and the sheets weren't ever changed. I also asked for my floors to be vacuumed a couple of times. It never happened. By the time I left my floor had visible dirt. I change my sheets at home once a week. I asked 4 times, and it never happened. I should only have had to ask once, if at all. And beds should be made on each visit by room staff. My towels were changed, and my garbage emptied, every couple days, but that was it.
