Transit in terminal 2 is always the best choice
Pros:

Whenever I need a stay for transit I will definitely chose here, it’s my favorite to stay here, although this time there are some mosquitoes, not much and I am capable to end them haha. Stay for few times even it been years apart they still have the same best service and room

A comfortable and convenient stay, perfect for transit travelers and those with early flights.
Pros:

The location inside KLIA2 is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early morning flights or long layovers. It saves a lot of time and eliminates the stress of commuting to and from the airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the capsule room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Cons:

Nothing major. The only minor issue was that some noise could occasionally be heard from the common areas, but overall it did not affect my stay.

Practical, nice, and easy
Pros:

It’s so nice to have a place to sleep in the airport. Our flight got rescheduled to a day later, so having a place to shower and sleep was essential. The ladies who work there were so nice and helpful with whatever I needed. I would stay again

Cons:

There are no locks on the door so that made me feel a bit uneasy, also the showers are pretty dark inside, more lighting would be good. Of course in a capsule you can not expect a ton of space but it was a bit tight in there for 2. Not complaining just something to keep in mind.

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet and shower area were very clean. They also provided plenty of amenities, including an eye mask, earplugs, a dental kit, and water. Highly recommended for transit travelers.
