Pros:

- The check in was fast.
- The bed was clean and smell good.
- We got the basic complimentary set like slippers, towels, toothbrush and etc.
- The facilities like secure locker, iron board, changing room, chillax area and a lot of bathrooms.
- The location is in the klia and easy to access to the restaurant etc.

Cons:

- The toilet is quite creepy for me especially during night time because the area is quiet and we can barely see other people in the toilet.
- Once you open the door, the outsider would be able to see inside your place.
- There's no light at the mirror. Would be good if using the mirror with led light.

Se escucha absolutamente todo y es un poco claustrofóbico si te da un poco de angustia tan cerrados ya que no hay ventanas

Pros:

在機場裡面，很適合乘坐紅眼班機的人。

Cons:

因為內部空間不大，行李要先寄放在外面的儲物櫃，不太方便。床鋪位置有點難找，要不斷上下樓梯，指示不清晰。

Excellent once we finally found it.

Cons:

The location instructions we received could have been a little clearer especially the distance we needed to walk through the shops to find the entrance to the airport. The instructions intimated the capsule was very close to the immigration area.

Une nuit rapide en escale au calme
Pros:

Très facile de trouver et c’est quand même super d’avoir ce type de service dans l’aéroport. J’ai dormi dans le dortoir pour Femme et c’était très calme.. Les douches aussi étaient disponibles même s’ils étaient basiques.

Cons:

Juste, je n’ai pas aimé la possibilité de fermer la capsule à clé, ce qui fait qu’on est obligé de prendre ses affaires de valeur avec soi pour aller prendre sa douche. Mais bien sûr, vous pouvez laisser vos bagages dans un Locker avant d’aller dans votre chambre.
