On our last day of a fabulous holiday. Everything about this place is lovely. Staff can’t do enough for you and the place is spotlessly clean. Special mention for the animation coordinator Isaiha (sorry for spelling which is probably wrong). He was excellent, good fun but no pressure. ‘Janet Jackson’ in the bar and restaurant was such good fun, always ready to boogie! Juan Carlos in reception was always smiling too, and ever helpful. Not loads to do in the area but the hotel is excellent and for a week away we needed nothing more. Food was good and varied for the most part. Always choices for everyone. Shortage of bananas some days however😜. Fusion restaurant worth a visit. Food and ambience good, Toni and Begona very helpful and friendly, but experience a little rushed. A little more time between courses would have enhanced the experience. But would definitely visit this hotel again. Shout out to all the bar and cleaning staff, and the lifeguard for his assistance with the umbrellas. You are all a credit to the business. Thank you all.

Our H10 Costa Mogan booking was a celebration of our 'adult' children finishing their exams. We wanted an adults only, all inclusive experience, and this hotel didn't disappoint.
Everyone that works here seems genuinely happy, attentive and so keen to help. Every where is spotlessly keen, all of the time.
We decided to book into 'Privilege', enabling extras to be included; on arrival it was clear that our jacuzzi wasn't working. Without hesitation the hotel did everything they could to resolve the issue locally, and on realising they couldn't offered a part refund in compensation. Noting that this was then fixed within our stay window was very much appreciated.
The hotel has really nice touches for privilege customers, including an exclusive lounge, pool and dining areas. This can get abused at high volume tokes, but the hotel are quick to recognise, acknowledge and deal with this where practical.

This is a review I didn’t want to write as I don’t like doing this sort of stuff, but being ignored by the hotel after numerous emails I feel this is the only way.

Start off with the positives and that is the restaurant staff, bar staff etc are all brilliant and make the hotel. However, the one receptionist slightly older lady is rude and dismissive to say the least.

Now the downsides. Me and my partner paid £300 for the privilege package, which is a complete waste of time. We arrived on the Monday at midnight and was charged for the privilege package for the Monday, even though we didn’t get there till midnight. We didn’t get the privilege check in, we didn’t have the mini bar stocked at all throughout our stay even after bringing it up to reception, the privilege pool area is not manned at all so hotel guests with the non privileged package can just walk in, the door to the privilege lounge is suppose to have a key lock that only privilege guests can open with their band, however the door is a push door to the lounge so again no privilege guests where walking in and helping themselves. It’s concerning how we can have so many serious issues, felt like we have been cheated out of money by not receiving even half of what the privilege package entails and had a dirty room, to be told via email we will do better sorry. I find that so dismissive and not accountable which is why I have had to escalate to corporate.

Our room was dirty upon arrival, dirty sheets, pillows and the shower didn’t work properly.

My partner is 26 weeks pregnant and we left our holiday 2 days early due to the stresses and frustration the situation was causing her & the fact we felt we were just being ignored when we took issues to the reception.

I emailed the hotel upon arriving home & got an apology but no offer of goodwill gesture, no offer of compensation especially seeming as we paid for a privilege package which isn’t advertised. I have since been ignored regarding my follow up emails so have had to take this up with the h10 corporate email. We spent a lot of money on this holiday, that was suppose to be relaxing and chilled out before the arrival of our newborn and it was anything but. Completely ignored and let down & the experience since we have been home and the lack of communication from the hotel is shocking.

The hotel itself is fine, but I wouldn’t bother with the privilege package as non privilege guests use it anyway & no point mentioning to reception about any issues you have such as a dirty room, empty mini bar etc as nothing gets done.

From the moment we arrived everything was taken care of. A wonderful welcome with drinks. As we arrived late we just had time to shower and go for dinner. The food was delicious from the breakfast to evening meal everything was perfect 👌. The only thing as my partner is T.total thay ran out of 00 wine on the second night . How ever they did have 00 beer. Rooms and the hotel in general very clean and tidy. The staff at the pool were very friendly and helpful. The pool was kept perfectly clean and tidy at all times. I would definitely recommend .Thanks to all the staff for making our holiday just perfect 👌 x

Lovely hotel with friendly attentive staff. Cannot fault anyone we came into contact with they were all hardworking and concientious staff. Our junior suite was comfortable and clean with plenty of space for 2 of us. We were AI and the buffet food was good but maybe a little repetitive at times. There is an option with the AI to have one dinner in the fine dining restaurant - Costa Fusion. It was nice but the menu was limited - if you are a Privilege guest then as many times as you want but you'd exhaust the menu pretty quickly. There is evening entertainment - some better than others - alot of live music. There is a pool bar serving burgers/hot dogs and snacks or you can go to buffet lunch in restaurant. The area itself is limited in terms of bars/restaurants - not really an issue for AI. The beach is small and has a beach club just out the back of the hotel. There's also a member of staff who gets you involved in different late morning and afternoon activities. Good for getting to know other people.
There's a bus stop outside taking you in either direction. We went to Peurto Mogan one day - 15 mins on bus at 1.40 Euros each way. The Mogan Mall is 8 Euros and 10 mins in taxi to Peurto Rico. Overall, we had a great stay and are thinking of returning soon.
