H10 Costa Mogán - Adults Only

Excellent hotel. Rooms great, staff very friendly. Food in Costa Fusion restaurant brilliant. Would recommend.

There were 7 of us, all friends on holiday together. We booked Fusion for our penultimate evening. Great staff, friendly and nothing too much trouble, food was well presented and tasteful, the ham croquettes were divine, the rib-eye was delicious and a special shout out for the risotto. As we were AI we had the inclusive wine and the red was really good. A little mishap at the table was dealt with with grace and professionalism. All in all, a wonderful evening and meal, thanks to the fab staff.

If you enjoy a beachfront location and nice food I’m sure you would enjoy H10 Costa Mogán. We had a really great holiday . Totally chilling out. The bus stop is a few minutes away and it is a short ride into Puerto Mogan definitely worth a visit.
There’s lots to do there with boat trips , ferries etc.
You can even get a bus from the airport!

Das Essen war hervorragend, das Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, die animationsaktivitäten nachmittags waren auch immer ein highlight!
Die Zimmer sind auch super aufgeteilt und immer Sauber!
Auch die Lage des Hotels war Top! Die Busverbindungen sind super und man kommt überall super hin, da benötigt man auch kein Mietauto dafür!
Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Zimmer mit Merblick etwas hellhörig sind! Wenn am Abend Livemusik ist hört man dies bis in den obersten stock! Hat uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört, da wir auch bei lauteren verhältnissen gut schlafen!

Für uns ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine klare weiterempfehlung! Werden bestimmt wiederkommen! :-)

This was our third holiday to the hotel. The positives: fabulous location, lovely, friendly and welcoming staff and good rooms. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the good. As we had in previous occasions, we upgraded to fully inclusive on arrival at the hotel. However, this was not good value and we wished we had saved the money to allow us to eat out. The food was very repetitive and I always enjoy the griddled chicken and pork as I don’t eat a lot of fish. The meat was poorly butchered and was fatty and gristly. I waited for a pork cutlet one night but the chef had disappeared and none were in the process of being cooked so I gave up. In 7 days I gad pizza 3 times! The lasagne that was available was not kept under the heat lamps and was lukewarm and congealed. Really disappointing and I am afraid this will be our last visit

Really enjoyed this hotel. Start to finish. The drinks, food and staff can’t be faulted. The bedroom was immaculate as was the entire hotel. The gym regularly tended and always prestine. Plenty of sun loungers so can always find a place in the sun. Genuinely thank you to all of you at the hotel for making a great trip with particular thanks to Airam at the bar and Toni in the al a carte. So personable. The lifeguard also (I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name) but he was on all last week - can I just say I’ve never seen a more attentive life guard who clearly genuinely cared about keeping the pool area clean and safe. I’m very sorry to leave but I take with me a great experience and memories 🙏🏻

What a fantastic hotel! After holidaying in the Canaries for more then 25 years this must be one of the most relaxing places that I have ever been. Yes, it was early May and yes, adults only, but OMG how relaxing . No noise, no fights for sunloungers, and the hospitality and food was exceptional!. Absolutely no complaints, polite, excelent staff. Will be revisiting. Special mention to the young Pool guard, lovley guy.

Lovely hotel, reception staff helpful and pleasant, especially Ina. I was only staying bed breakfast, where there was such a good selection o breakfastf food
Bar snacks were also very tasty,, entertainment was as good as it can be,
Wouldn't stay in for it varied, opera on Monday was out of this world.
Room was clear and comfy, especially the bed and settee, and view from the pool amazing.
Only criticism, is the back ground music around the pool, which was annoying, same stuff over and over, to loud, i played dodging the speakers without any success.
The hotel is adults only, although the weekend was a bank holiday, so the noise from the kids in the adjoining apartments was very loud, not the hotels fault.
I would visit again, bed and breakfast, because the restaurants in the area, and a short bus ride away, were all excellent

Well what a lovely surprise. Came to the hotel not really knowing how it’s going to be.
So glad we came here. Rooms are spacious and more than adequate. As soon as we arrived we felt welcome. Reception staff are lovely as are all the staff in the hotel. Don’t think I’ve come across one member that doesn’t seem happy to be there.
Great selection of food and drink. We went for the privilege package which I believe is worth every penny.
Seriously if you want a no kids relaxing holiday then come here.
It’s not in Mogán itself so good to understand that before you book. It’s about 15 miles away from Mogan which is absolutely lovely btw.
The hotel is situated right next to the beach which is great if you want to spend the day on the beach.
Entertainment is of usual standard. Some days better than others.
I have 2 criticisms.
1. The beds…………….not the most comfortable but again you can hi to reception and ask for different pillows if necessary although that doesn’t help the mattress.
2. Entertainment could possibly go on later or have better music after. Also through daytime could do with better music (just my opinion).
Overall I would definitely come back here in a flash .

We appreciated the hotel for its cleanliness, the responsiveness of the staff, some of the evening entertainment, and the variety of choices at the buffet.

Positive: the Privilege option, the restaurant à la carte, the kindess of the personnel (special shoutouts to Jennie and all the kind people behind the bar), very clean and very spacious and quiet. Very good cocktails. Very good location just next to a bus stop (around 45min by bus to the airport). LGBTQ friendly.

To be noted: beds are twins only (no queen bed), toilets and showers can be quite exposed (especially in suites), the food in the buffet can be repetitive (but as it is in all all-inclusive resorrts

Staff was very nice and friendly

I booked this hotel for my birthday holiday and I have to say I wasn’t sure what to expect, when you first walk to the entrance it doesn’t look like much! However once you go inside it gives such a gorgeous presence and it smelt so nice in the lobby. safe to say myself and my bestfriend got great first impressions, the room was spacious and clean and we had a gorgeous view of the beach which is literally a 2 minuite walk away from our balcony, watching the sunrise and sunset each day was such a treat.

I don’t really have anything bad to say about this hotel, other than some words for improvement on the vegan/vegetarian options at the all inclusive buffet for dinner.

Being a vegan it means I shouldn’t really eat dairy, however most of the trip I did have to eat some dairy as there wasn’t much options for vegans so it made me have to go more towards vegetarian and eating things like pizza, pasta with cheese sauces etc, always with a side salad and veggies.

The vegan/veggie station only had vegetables most nights which is quite poor as you can’t expect vegans to just eat vegetables alone for a meal. If I was a very strict vegan this would have made my trip not as great as it was but thankfully I am flexible and I do love cheese even though I shouldn’t eat it ( don’t tell my mum😂)

My birthday was such a great day, enjoying a wonderful meal in the hotel restaurant which was complimentary for our package, they decorated the table with balloons and gave such wonderful service making me feel so special.

The gym facilities are good, there’s free weights and two machines which you can use to train different body groups as well as a treadmill and a cross trainer. It’s not very big so be prepared for that!

The drinks for all inclusive were really good and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. Even when we got locked out of our room
On my actual birthday, they made us laugh and fixed the problem straight away.

Other than the vegan food options I can’t fault this hotel and experience, I will certainly be coming back again as I had such a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay here which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable with everything you need provided. The room and towels were changed daily and bed linen changed half way through our stay. We had a lovely sea view from the balcony which looked out right across the bay, although the rocks and stones made accessing the sea challenging! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and always on hand at Reception to answer any questions we had about Bus routes, markets etc. The food in the hotel was good with plenty of variety and choice, although one thing we would say is that the "hot" food was never really hot enough, and the restaurant seating rather low and uncomfortable! Evening entertainment was ok and always finished by about 10.30pm, so those who liked to retire were able to do so without noise being a problem. A special mention has to go to Isias (Animation H10) who provided many hours of fun for us, be it meeting new friends around the pool or on the beach, Aquarobics, playing Bingo, or joining others for various team games .. always with a "Special Cocktail" for the winner! He always went out of his way to make sure everyone was ok, included if they wished, and having fun .. and his enthusiasm and friendliness was much appreciated. "Toe-Knee" and Margaret! :-)
